Terrible terrible terrible... cheap cheap cheap with their food. I ordered a house special fried rice and received just rice and small pieces of pork ..3 shrimps and no chicken. Plus they didn't add the correct number of egg rolls. Make matters worst the owner wants to argue as if I'm wrong ??? Tells me people listen all the time?? That tells me she is ignorant and cheap.... Go to yummy house on big bend WAYYYYY BETTER in quality and portions. Stay away from china star on 301... what good reviews are lies..

Like most shopping center Chinese restaurants, you don't go for the atmosphere, you go for the food. I have always enjoyed the food here.

Ordered fried rice with my Kung Pao Chicken as a take out. Got it home, and the fried rice was nothing more than white rice with soy sauce splashed on it.

I've been coming to this Chinese restaurant since I can remember. This is honestly the best one in town. I even know people who come from big Bend area and order specifically from this restaurant, because the food is fresh, the service is quick, and they're always open. The people taking the phone are always very nice and pleasant as well and I love that.

After all of our go-to places closed, we thought we would give it a try knowing most people are willing to share the negative, not the positive. The lemon chicken was so greasy, you could squeeze the grease off the pieces. The batter was so thick, edible pieces left my mouth full of mush.My husband had the sesame chicken. He said, while it was edible, there was nothing more he could say about it.Sadly telling was the fact that our dogs would not even eat their treat - we always give them some of the rice. Not this time.

If you want to see your food swim in oil then this place is great. My pork in garlic sauce was saturated. My girlfriend had the chicken sesame which was mostly bread. They do not understand the term spicy. I asked for extra spicy but this was so bland my 2 year old can eat it.Egg rolls were nasty with what looked like a regurgitated mystery. Definitely not freshPrices across the board went up by 2.00My last visit to this place — good luck to those who enter

First time here and it was last minute on Christmas night. They were busy but the service was still good/friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I'll definitely be back.

The General Tso chicken was good, Teriyaki chicken good, crab Rangoon good, egg drop soup good, but their fried rice needs total revamping. I felt as if it was basically just yellow rice with meat added. Did not have much flavor. I felt the fried rice lacked sesame oil, soy sauce and seasoning. It did not taste as if it was authentic fried rice.

They charge more than other China fast food places! It isn't as good.either ! For lunch special, you get your lunch plus, either soda, soup, or fried wonton.. but they left it off when son came home with 2 dinners it was just that!! Live and learn.
