I worked here in 2019 and the restaurant was poorly managed by one if its' owners, Mike. He was completely disrespectful and condescending to the teenagers that worked there under him, and had the most diabolical case of little-man syndrome I have ever witnessed. He obviously had insecurity issues of his own so he decided to take it out on the literal children he had working for him. Great food tho

To be honest, I was rather shocked. The food was great! Much higher quality than other fast food restaurants. The service was very friendly and professional. I was highly impressed!

Wait was longer than expected, only one cashier taking orders. Food is not the same quality as it used to be. I had the double deluxe with bacon. The patties seemed older or not cooked to order. Also had a cod sandwich with lettuce and tartar sauce, lettuce was wilted and the cod tasted fishier than I remembered it.

My #1 favorite restaurant and they deserve a Michelin Star! AMAZING food and world class customer service! The place is extremely clean and the staff is always very warm, friendly and professional! the owner/manager of this place deserves a kudos. Its a very well run/managed restaurant which is rare to see nowadays. Their food is always fresh and very delicious...the BEST! I always order the Cod ,Jumbo Shrimps, Chicken tenders, Onion Rings, Broccoli and Coleslaw and they are the best I've tried. My wife loves their burger and ice cream! I've been to so many restaurants all over the world and their Cod and Onion Rings... are to die for! Very Highly Recommended! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: They also have healthy options and its very fresh and delicious.Parking: Large Parking Lot. Never had an issue even during Peak Hours. The drive through is also very well organized.
The burgers , chicken and cod sandwiches are all winners. Get the basket, a good value. The chili is always excellent. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful.
My husband and I came to get dinner. We received the wrong order which had an item on it that I am highly allergic to. We came back to get our meal corrected and Ilany is the manager we spoke to. she took the whole order back and refused to correct the whole issue at hand. Her level of customer service was dishonerable and negligible at best. This could’ve been easily remedied with a new burger and some fresh shrimp. Rude! New to Culver’s. first and last

Server forgot to bring kids milk to the table. If burgers are made fresh, then how can the pattie be as cold as the lettuce, tomatoes, and onion on top. Cold burger equals ruined meal and experience to go with very bright sun beaming you in the face the entire time and not one employee that walked by offered to put down the shade.
