The food was good. But the girl who took my order in drive through was rude and cut me off about 3 times. When looking in the Togo window it was absolutely disgusting. The amount of food on the counters was gross. It made me not want to eat there again.

Had my credit card information stolen twice in the past by someone in the drive thru who neglected to give me back my credit card when I asked for it 'claiming' they had forgotten.
Then tonight I decided to give the restaurant a try ONLY this time paying in cash. They got my order wrong giving me a milk with my daughter's kids meal when I specifically stated no beverage. I tried asking several times for cheesecake ice cream but the lady didn't understand me.
Lastly since when did restaurants stop giving out your receipt, condiments and napkins with the orders???? You always give a receipt. I asked for lots of ketchup and they were EXTREMELY cheap giving me only one ketchup and there were 3 fires with the order. What a rip off.
Seriously this place needs to get it together. You charge so much for the food and can't even give people ketchup, napkins or receipt. Yet your so quick to take people's money and rip them off.

This Culver's was built a few steps away from my house. The mushroom and swiss double burger meal is the best. I suggest you try Culver's if you never have had some Culver's. Good food for cheap and quick

I ordered the Double Bacon Deluxe value basket today for lunch and substituted the bun for their sourdough bread. They gave me 2 burger patties between 2 slices of lightly toasted REGULAR BREAD, with a couple pieces of mushy lettuce and NO tomato. It’s UNBELIEVABLE that this is what they sent out and gave me for $12.50. I took a couple bites and in the garbage it went
