I just paid $50 for rubber. I have not been here is years and now I remember why. The brisket is beyond dry. It taste like it was made last week. Their fries used to be my favorite fries. I would come here just for fries sometimes. I did not even finish them this time.

Not a lot of good to say. Food was cold and pretty bland. Portions were not big but made worse by 1/3 being complete fat. No Texas toast for either of our two orders.

Ordered off of Doordash for the first time today. Focusing on the positives first, the cheddar jalapeno sausages was delicious, I finished mine and wanted more, green beans were okay as well,Unforutenately that is where the compliments stop.I ordered the 3 meat plate, I got the cheddar jalapeno sausage like I mentioned above, brisket and chicken. My sides were potato salad and green beans. The brisket had decent flavor but was extremely dry, I know brisket can be hard to cook as I do bbq myself but sheesh it was super dry and I needed to smother it in bbq sauce. The chicken was also really dry, but flavor was just okay. The potato salad had the consistency of mashed potatoes and wasn't very flavorful.I was not impressed honestly, I would be willing to give this place another chance because sometimes we have bad days, but not for awhile.

It’s funny because the food keeps rising in price; however, the service keeps getting worst in a lot of restaurants. Placed an order for pick up at 3:30pm, and I get there and they haven’t even started with the order. I would argue the fact that it was late, if the store was busy, but it was not. Restaurant owners need to start paying more and hire better quality people that actually want to work. Now days you visit a restaurant and it feels like you’re bothering them by coming in.

We placed an order at 9am for a lunch delivery at 12pm. At 11:56, we received a 'canceled order'...because they were missing some items! Instead of contacting us and asking if we would accept alternative--we are now without lunch at work. Thanks Dickey's for making our lunch unforgettable!

So today me and my girlfriend stop by for lunch and it was just not worth it I ordered the 2 meat plate my brisket was dry and just taste old and I only got one slice I believe you should get more then 1 slice if your paying $17.00 for a plate my girl friend got 3 sides that had to be the most expensive sides we have ever got something need to change this place is going down hill fast

I’m a DoorDasher who arrived at the store at 8:58pm and they refused to make the order they accepted for my customer. Had to spend 20 minutes on customer support with DoorDash to get it resolved. Just stop taking orders at 8:00 pm if that’s how you’re going to treat people.

I’ve seen more meat on bones in a hundred year old grave yard. I checked this place out for lunch with a buddy of mine. The person behind the counter seemed excited about the ribs how they were just done cooking. Well sad to say they were the worst ever ever. There was no meat to be had and the grizzle was harder than the sad looking rib bones. I definitely won’t be back and I am sure if this continues no one else will be back either

I went to Willie jewels and got food for the rest of my family because the food I got here was inedible.Edit: I emailed the email address that they posted and nobody responded. Seems like they really do not care.

This location can be a hit or miss when it comes to food quality. It's either great or dry. The staff is very slow - like they're all in a carb coma! If you order ahead, it shouldn't take 20 min of waiting in the store to pick up the order you placed 1/2 hour beforehand. It was not busy, but again- staff moving at turtle power!
