We ordered our food and the delivery didn’t give us time to come to the door to get he left with our food and took more than 30mins just to bring it back and we live very close by worse service ever we kept calling telling them we still have gotten it .

Two awful experiences.First time ordering from this location. Pizza arrived missing all of the toppings I paid for. They were impossible to contact, and left me on hold until I gave up. I left my phone on speaker and went about my night. I occasionally heard them pick up and then place it on hold again. They didn’t correctly finish my order in the app, which prevented a report on the app (maybe on purpose, who knows). I took to an online report after 2 hours instead.Tried ordering some pizza again a few days later to give them a chance. On top of it taking an hour and a half to receive a simple pizza, it arrived absolutely cold and rigid. Not even the slightest warmth to it.Never ordering from here again, and making sure plenty people know not to.
every time I order from this store the pizza is always garbage now tonight I did a online order at 8:13 the tracker magically stopped working after the order was being prepared now at 9:17 I call the store to see where the order is and the guy tells me it's just now being made and it would be another hour so basically 2 hours for some pizza smh lame excuse says we are very backed up and short staffed once again Dominoes failed me we could at least got a courtesy call or somethin...order from somewhere else this store is horrible the pizzas are always thrown together and not hot

Had a $25 specialty pizza made incorrectly and called the store for a remake or refund. They told me the remake would take an hour to hour and a half at the earliest.Staff was nice until the manager got on the phone and stated she could not refund me one item, but she could do store credit instead. I asked her for something additional in credit as a courtesy for the added inconvenience on a total $70 order.She said absolutely not. I said ok, give me the store credit and I’ll just call corporate. She went off and was extremely rude!The store employee should be the manager instead of her-Brittany was her name. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
