A lot was wrong about my visit to this location what put the icing on the donut is when I ask for a refund the male Manager on duty Snatched the receipt out my hand, then had the audacity after I told him I did not want to repeat why I was seeking a refund to provide fake customer service as if you really value me as a guest in your establishment my visit was for this morning 03/25

This is the ONLY Dunkin in Riverview that knows how to make their sweet tea PROPERLY! The color, sweetness, quality of the sweet tea is ALWAYS consistent here. (Can’t say the same about the other locations around here.Medium Sweet $2.49Three classic donuts $4.65

January 11/2024.Whoever who was doing the ice coffee late in drive through area. Great job!!! We will try to get a coffee on Thursdays morning since now on.
I refuse to spend another dollar at this dunkin. I recommend the one on Boyette attached to the circle k, or the one on the corner of big bend/301. This place has tried me every time I've gone there. I'm talking placing a mobile order in the early am (as I do often) only to show up to an empty locked building with my/others mobile orders just casually flashing on the screen, I've ordered matcha lattes and been handed something straight up brown, I've been handed coffees with zero flavor/syrup, and if you have a dairy allergy DEFINITELY stay away- they are careless with the whole milk.

Came in at 2 pm the girl in the window was very rude , considering that this place runs slow i didn't appreciate the sense of urgency. Its the ambiance & attitudes that keep an place running , regardless of anything the customers run the business running. Some shouldn't work in a business they can't thrive in . She purposely gave an rude attitude over the food i paid for .

To the ignorant drive through clerk at this location. Number one don’t correct customers unless it matters for their order. Also. Look up what black coffee means. That was not only rude, you were wrong. Black means nothing added, this includes sugar.
