However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that my bagels were burned to the point where they were inedible.Furthermore, the coffee I received was extremely cold, as if it had been made the night before and left to sit. Additionally, despite requesting extra sugar and extra cream, the coffee was overly sweet, making it undrinkable.In an attempt to resolve this issue, I visited the Dunkin' Donuts on Hillsborough to inquire about exchanging my order. However, I was informed that they were unable to accommodate my request as the order was from another store. Consequently, I had no choice but to discard the entire order, leaving me without breakfast that morning.I am deeply disappointed by this experience and I kindly request that appropriate measures be taken to address this matter. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement for my order, as well as an assurance that such incidents will not occur in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Giving 4 stars because I come here almost every weekday afternoon when I get off work for my iced coffee and occasional donut. They try to keep it moving, and one day I was handed my cold foam coffee with a heart in it, which made my day. Customer service has always been great.

These workers do not listen, 2nd time ordering the frozen chocolate it’s supposed to come with drizzle inside the cup & on top of the whipped cream do they bother to do they job & do it correctly nope & so i ask them & they still proceeds to give me the drink without the drizzle I’ll just stick with Starbucks because at least Starbucks knows how to follow direction

Ever since moving close to this location it has become my new morning Dunkin stop. Never had any issues with service, order accuracy, or food quality. The team at the drive thru is always great and professionalThe only wish I have is they fix the large potholes on the corner of the drive-thru (after going placing your order) it has become very bad back there, but my guess is this is the responsibility of the building owner and not Dunkin itself.

This place is a joke, staff talk about you in front of your face. Disrespectful most of the time. Was mad because I didn't have a bill smaller than a 50 and told me to come inside and go to the gas station to make change. Then proceeded to screw up my whole order. Will not go back.
Just stood in line for 10 minutes while the employees completely ignored me and were talking about going to the strip club. Sunday 6/11/23 at 11:00 am.

This franchise is getting worse they never have online order ready then when you get it it is incorrect .Today the young man didn't even remake order just added to it and handed it back .

This place needs a new staff of workers that really want to work, everytime I order in this location is always a screw up, either my coffee has to much sugar or my avocado toast is cold not toasted or they give me the wrong donut. This has been the worst place to go to. When you order from outside the greeting is said as if they did not want to be there, I would not give any stars

One employee forgot to mute their mic and called me a btch just for saying no problem in the drive through when they said we’ll be right with you as though I was somehow giving them attitude. Any time of day you go there is always a wait with no one inside and no one ahead of you. They forgot napkins and ketchup on request 4 times. Waste of time and money, gave it plenty of chances and they fail every time

We had to wait in drive through for almost 10 minutes with no traffic inside of the store, and several people lined up behind us. The person at the register just kept telling us to hold on. When we drove around to leave, because we were tired of waiting, the guy in the drive-through window was laughing it up with someone at the window. Poor customer service
