****Update****I called back and spoke to a manager because after reviewing the rest if my order there was other errors. She refunded my order so I could replace my whole order and so that it can be redeliverd. Updated to 4 stars.Ordered Delivery was missing my pancakes so I call to inform them and here is the response I got."Well if you come get them they will be free."Is that a joke?If I want to go there to get my food I would not have Ordered Delivery and paid the fee for yall to mess up my order. Then have the audacity to say it will be free?I already paid for it and the delivery fee for me now to waste my gas to go get the missing pancakes.Worst customer service. Either give me a credit for the missing item. Or drive my missing pancakes here.

I was nursing a bit of a sunburn and asked to be re-seated and Celeste took the opportunity to make my son laugh because she could see he wasn't embarrassed by 66-year-old dad not wanting to be cold at breakfastShe told him you and your grandmother could come sit over here in a booth just let me clear the table??The poblano omelette with the shredded beef was phenomenal. The coffee was good, and the service was excellent.

I had the contract fried steak. I'm not sure who named it, but steak it's not. It was more to the point of processed meat. And that wasn't cooked done. The pancakes, biscuits and gravy were very good but the price outweighs the taste. The spicy Buffalo wings were like dog biscuits, but spicy. The coffee was hot and very good. For the price and quality of food, I would choose anywhere other than ihop. I only wish their food was half the quality of their service. Sierra was our server and I've seldom had service as friendly or accurate. I can't say enough about their service, agai, the service was the only thing that would bring me back to this ihop.Parking: Parking was limited. Our second car had to park two parking lots over to find a space.Kid-friendliness: They seem to be pretty good with children.

The food was ok. My eggs were a little cold when brought to the table. Everything else was good.
Horrible experience. I keep giving this place a chance and every time I go, the food gets worse. The cooks don’t even read the checks that are printed in front of their faces. My family and I will not be returning.My last order was a simple omelet that was not even close to what I ordered. And the ticket was correct.

I take my grandson to IHOP after his swim class, and he loves the pancakes and eggs. I enjoy the atmosphere, but the service can be slow. There aren't enough waitresses. The place is crowded,especially on Thursdays and the morning after payday, and the food prices are high. I spent $35 for me and my 2 y.o. grandson. He had the breakfast sample, and I had an egg white omelet with cheese and ham pieces. They charged me $11.59 for the omelet and an additional $1.99 for the egg white. What! The food is ok but not for the prices they charge. I will go on special occasions, but I am going to stick with the Waffle House.
