Worst service ever pizza stuff crust raw and the customer service was the worst

Beware of undercooked dough. We've order pizzas from this location for years now and never had an issue with their pizzas, but lately we've been getting undercooked pizza, specially if we order thier detroit style deep dish one, it has an off putting bitter taste and you could tell the dough was raw in the center. This is my last time ordering from this little caesars, I am not wasting my money on undercooked pizza.

My wife ordered one pepperoni pizza for my 2 yr old birthday around 7:49 pm and it’s now 9 pm and we still haven’t received our pizza. It shouldn’t take so long for $7 pizza to be made and to make it worst I have been waiting in store for over 30 mins with over ten people waiting for pizza. Terrible customer service..

These people do not care about customer service. They do not understand how to fill orders in a timely fashion. The best is that they suck at their jobs and they don’t care. The guy at the counter literally looked at me and his only reason for our 50 min wait was “I’ve had a long day”. Unreal the lack of work ethic. I realize you’re not working your dream job bro…. But you’ll never get anywhere with your poor attitude.

This does not look like 100 pieces of pepperoni to me. It really seems like the people who work here do not care about integrity when it comes to people's pizzas. We never know what kind of pizza we are going to be ordering. I used to order a pizza with extra pepperoni and regular pepperoni just to see the difference. Most of the time, I could not tell the difference.

Was just told to " get the f out" by the big guy in the back cooking because I was not aware of a 3 digit number for pickup Also young girl and Spanish woman talking amongst themselves that I in fact have a pin for pickup..ridiculous ZERO customer service!!!

These people are not answering the phone and they’re in the customer service business. I just called three times waited through 12 rings each and then it went to voicemail. What kind of schlocky customer service operations is this. Internet ordering is an onerous mess not customer friendly and will never beat a phone order. Mike illitch would be totally embarrassed!!!
Disgusting behavior from the employees and the girl that I believe is the manager or supervisor, aggressive attitude and lack of customer service.Parking: Not worth spending your money here

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to today I came to this location and the customer service was horrible the girl at the register had an attitude there was no greeting and everything she said sounded rude and it’s obvious no one wanted to be at work today I have come to this location a few times and it’s getting worse and worse I will not be returning

They add too much tomato sauce. Domestos sauce spills everywhere while eating. I liked it because we ate at the Suncity branch before. But I don't think I will choose it again.
