I thought I already rated Little Caesars... I love the deals, mom and I love the pizza, and it's easy just to order it and pick it up from the pizza portal

I wish I can give a 0 star to this location. However, The service is horrible. I’ve called numerous times just to place a simple order. The first time experiencing this type of behavior, the woman who answered gave the excuse “we’ve had issues with our phone system I will let my manager know”. Which honestly it can happen, gave the benefit of a doubt. As we went to pick up the order the woman HERSELF at the front desk, bluntly in front of me, picks up the phone just to hang up (and I mean ALL) incoming calls. Today my husband calls, and yet again! Picks up and cuts the line. At this point I will not contact this location but I feel so horrible for the older crowed who doesn’t own a computer nor work one at all. I can’t imagine the hassle they go through.

I placed an online order and for whatever reason my pick up order wasn’t in the portal; however, upon arrival it took the staff 15 mins to acknowledge that myself and 4 others were waiting. We attempted to get their attention, but was told “we will be right with you”When I got home, it seems like my pizza was sitting on the counter and ended up getting cold/stale. It was not fresh and regret I didn’t just go to Pizza Hut across the street. A complete waste of my time and money.

Not the best experience; we saw the promotion for pepperoni stuff crust (hot & ready) only to find out that we had to wait 10 minutes because they were in the process of cooking it (Sunday afternoon time). When we received the items, the toppings were not spread throughout the pie, like half of the cheese was light or non existence and the bread had air pockets, which after cooking made that area very thin. Lastly, when we got into our vehicle to check our order, the pizza wasn't a stuffed crust. They replaced it with a corrected one but it wasn't better. Employees were hospitable during the problem. I'm not sure if we'll try again since it was around 1 pm. when we arrived and spent -20 minutes to get the food, which was not enjoyable anyway.

Amazing is the only word! Douglas was an amazing employee; he took the time to teach a kid about tipping because the kid did not really understand how money worked, and tried to tip way too much! . Not only did Douglas not take advantage of the kid, but he took the time to explain how tipping works and went further to teach the kid the math he needed to figure out an appropriate tip. I really feel Douglas went above and beyond what was required of him, and that honesty, integrity, and general kindness reflect well not only on this location but on the brand as a whole!
Very grateful that staff recognized my labored breathing and use of oxygen machine, offering to carry my order to my car. They made the extra time to drive to that location well worth it.

This location will NEVER answers the phone. You cannot custom anything on the App so you need to call to order. Went from the best location ever to the not so great around 9 months ago. In the past would order at least once a week from them. They would make sooo much more money if they only answered the phone.

Pizza is dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings if desired. They definitely got dough... Seem to forget all about sauce and cheese. Not sure who is running the place, but when I order pizza, I want more than dough. I know things are getting expensive, but god damn.

The last few times I have been to this Lil Caesars the food and staff have been fantastic. While visiting at peak business hours on Friday these people do a remarkable job handling the volume and complaints are zero. The person running the point and all other employees work in harmony and do an awesome job with quality food and keeping the lines moving.. A pleasure to watch and pleasure to do business.
