Their communication is horrible I came for an ice cream CONE not cup, i go thru drive thru order an ice cream CONE, i get to window and girl gives me a cup i said i ordered a cone not a cup she goes we don’t have like so why the girl on tne intercom didn’t tell me ya’ll didn’t have any cones while i placed me order to allow me to make the decision on if i still wanted it or not, I’ll give my money to Dairy Queen

I ordered my food by app and sat in the number spot for 45 minutes. I walked in asked if I could wait for my order and they asked me to sit in the car again.I sat in the car for an additional 15 minutes.I walked in and the lady behind the counter stated that they are extremely busy and backed up.I stated this has nothing to do with me please may I have my order.She stated it is coming up now.This location should just be shut down this has happened to us more than once. I left without my food or a refund and went to another restaurant with my daughter that was sick that day. She wanted a pancake.

This place is poorly managed. The service is slow, poor, and not very lively and/or friendly. This place can't handle more than a few cars at a time. My family made the mistake to go back two weeks in a row where the establishment was out of simple menu items such as orange juice or soft drinks. The orange juice was not available two weeks in a row. I would recommend driving out of your way to go to a different McDonald's for a wayvbetter experience and where all menu items are consistently available.

I will never go there again.. Had a dead fly on top of my food when I was given my bag. Once I told them about it they just put the food in a different bag… smh. Just shut the whole place down..

Terribly managed. Ordered a simple order of fish filet and they had 6 cars parked from drive thru waiting for their orders. We then waited for 20+ minutes watching every other car get their food, even cars that just came through the drive thru got their food way before we did.

Even without any vehicles waiting in the drive thru behind me, I still had to pull over to the drive thru parking spaces. Why is the timer, for getting the customer out of the drive thru, still the most important factor?

The place was under construction so there was only a drive-through. But that wasn’t the problem. The problem was we ordered a cheeseburger a fry and a drink and it took three employees to get our order right and then the end they got the order completely wrong.

Is it a coincidence that EVERY single time I go though this McDonald’s drive-thru I’m ALWAYS shorten on food?It’s humanly common for restaurants to make a mistake on your orders. But, those kind of mistakes that can go either for more or less food, right?Well, that mistake only happens for less food, on this Riverview McDonald’s -Never for more! - It’s hardly unintentional. You cannot get your food on the drive-through and drive away on this McD. Or else you might get home and realize they didn’t include your fries or your apple pies or your cheeseburger might be missing the cheese. Smh..

Drove 11 miles at 430 this morning for a delivery order worth $10 to me however their system went down around 415 and they stop dinner now at 430 not 5am!! Lobby locked went to drive through sat 15min before I walked up to the window...was handed the wrong order TWICE after giving the kid MY CODE....only to be told system went down and they were currently making breakfast....good thing I looked on the mcdonalds app before the drive it was showing dinner!!!!!......

All around terrible experience. Food was stale and cold, crumbling in our hands, fries were cold and cooked with old grease (no flavor), manager was left working alone and carrying all the weight because the entire staff was in the kitchen creating TikTok's, blasting profane music, and running in and out of the store to visit with friends in the parking lot.This Mcdonald's is absolutely disgusting. The food, service, and atmosphere are unbelievably disappointing.
