Jennifer our server was extremely talkative and would not let me leave with my food and insisted on talking while drunkenly stuttering and slurring through endless stories, for well over an hour. Otherwise food was good.

My first visit ever. Hubby didn't eat as he didn't like what he saw (pans not switched out, older food) for $14 it was not worth it. The black haired woman that prepared my food wasn't a bit friendly (I get she was at the end of her shift and tired but not an excuse) and appeared bothered to make my order. The gal that rang up my order was informative (telling me about the app and next Monday it would be $5 if I use the app). Not sure if all visit again.

The restaurant looked dingy...sad. Some food products on the line did not look fresh, appealing. Servers were fine. Cashier seemed unsure of some aspects of the register and had to call a colleague for help. I was going to eat in, but decided to take out.

What happened to this place? Two workers, cold food, stale chips, no drink machine. It was also a ghost town in there on a Friday night. Wished I had turned around after walking in. Sad. Won’t be

About a month ago, we arrived to this Moe’s close to closing (8:30ish). We made a point to be out prior to closing, and me and my teen daughters even discussed our timeline walking in the door. 5 minutes before closing we received a reminder they were closing and upon my response which was close to “okay, no problem- we planned to be out in time” the employee at the time continued to walk away and didn’t acknowledge anything I said, make eye contact and seemed irritated. When I went to leave I had a genuine conversation with the employee and just shared how far an acknowledgment would go, as we never know what someone is going through and I expressed how we knew the closing time and had pre-planned to be out in time. I expressed the understanding of the closing time and wanting to leave my own job to be home with my family in a timely manner. After this, I had no plans to return but decided to give it another try a few weeks later and my experience was completely different & extremely positive with Jonathan B.Tonight my teen daughters also went in who had the same first experience and they told me this employee was absolutely amazing. So kind this visit, understanding and overall an amazing experience with Jonathan B. again. There is another employee and I didn’t get her name during any of my visits (blonde hair, bangs- she was amazing from all visits!!) she was kind and sweet. I’m extremely happy with my last 2 visits and I hope this Moe’s location continues in the right direction. Please pass this feedback along to this MOES TEAM. The little things DO MATTER ❤️
Store needs a ton of cleaning. Just go inside and look at the air vents, covered in mold. Wall where food is cooked is also disgusting.

This place really don't pay attention what I put in for my order, I asked for no guacamole, no onions and guess what I got.. That what I said I didn't want...I wanted Moes sauce on the side and didn't get any at all, Glad I checked that part before I left but wish I would've opened my burrito as well.. I thought they would have that part right but NOPE!

We paid $26!!!! For a kids quesadilla, a plain cheese quesadilla and a cup of queso. REDICULOUS! All staff was SO RUDE! and had the audacity to ask for a tip when paying. We got 2 quesadillas, one kid’s and one regular with just cheese. The price for the plain cheese quesadilla was $12!!! That’s absurd and the lady barely put ANY cheese on it. There was an inch around all sides where there was NO cheese whatsoever. When making the other quesadilla, when I asked for a lot of cilantro and a lot of chipotle ranch she literally rolled her eyes and didn’t put a lot… like it was coming out of HER paycheck! However she had no problem telling me bacon would be extra and when I said that was fine, she paused like “are you sure?” ? also, the chips tasted burnt and old. They were wayyy over fried. Also, we got a cup of Queso, and you’re supposed to get a half bag of chips with a cup. Full bag with a bowl. There was maybe 20 total chips in the bag and like 5 chips in each container with the quesadillas. The kitchen itself looked like it hasn’t been cleaned like, EVER! And the fryer oil probably hasn’t been changed in a very long time. I tried calling the store to complain but no one answers the phone. I’ve called 5-6 times. No one greeted us when we walked in either.
