I went in and there was no seating which I guess is ok for people. It tastes delicious when I get it for fundraisers. But I tried to go in and get an order and they said “we don’t give our silverware.” How?!!! I didn’t even know with the health department that a restaurant could NOT Have plastic silverware?! Like who would walk in with their own fork??!Update: I tried to look it up on the county restaurant compliance website and this store was listed “application in process” and didn’t show any inspections on file for the agency

We live in NC and wanted to send some bundtinis to family members in FL. We called the store down there and found out that they offer delivery, DoorDash and Uber Eats. The lady who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful! We had DoorDash pick up and deliver a dozen bundtinis and everyone loved them! My MIL said they were the best "cupcakes" she's ever had!

The cake is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not friendly, welcoming. Poor customer service; I hope another location opens in the Brandon area soon.

Terrrible! How do you come to a dessert establishment and they have no utensils nor napkins. In disbelief.. however did see a display for plates and forks but it’s a cost.

I gave 3 stars for lack of customer service. After paying for my cake I asked for a fork. I was told "we can't give those out". So I wasn't able to eat my cake until I made it back to my hotel room and get a fork from somewhere else. RIDICULOUS!!! I really started to ask for a refund. I was there at approximately 3:30 Feb 15th, 2024.

Really good cakes, I always recommend the strawberry one.I've interacted with the staff on various occasions, however, and they really lack an inviting personal touch. They tend to have an backhanded entitled tone when I talk to them. It's so strange. Please do better!

Wow. My wife loves the minis. But in Chicago you had to do the pre assorted. Not in Riverview/Tampa. Not sure of the young lady's name but she was super accommodating. She said no problem it will just take about 7 minutes. Umm it took about 4 minutes maybe less. (Under Promise Over Deliver) ??Anyway not use to that type of service now days. ❤️ But the frosting on the bundt. Lol. Was when we opened the box and there was a note to say which was which. The Lemon Raspberry and the White Chocolate Raspberry look the same.Awesome job Nothing Bundt Cake. Give that team a raise.Thank you,T Lyons

This is my closest Bundt Cake store and I frequent here often. I have placed several orders for cakes and often I’ll stop by for a Bundlet. Today was the first time that I had to pay prior to the employee bagging it up. I’ve always placed my order and the employee will bag it up while I’m gathering my payment. And it felt my disrespectful because she looked me up and down when I entered the store as if she was put on alert. Being prior law enforcement I know that look and it bothered me that I was judged immediately. Being a business owner of several businesses now, I tell my employees to treat everyone the same no matter what. Don’t judge a book by its cover and always act professional. I just didn’t feel that today.

I purchased a cake there and it was placed in a box to stale not wrapped. I also noticed when the lady opened the curtain that alcohol and band aids were in the work station where the cakes are prepared those items should be stored in proper storage. Also, please have better customer service to people of all races and culturals, as our money is good too. Thanks
