Get orders right and you won’t have upset customers no wonder your competitor across the street is doing better getting buisness. Sad pdq used to be the place

PDQ is what Chic Fil A used to be but better. It’s the only fast food I don’t mind my son eating and the customer service is top notch. People remember my name and I don’t know how they do it. This place deserves a rare 5 star review from

I made a mistake with my order and manager Owen was a very understanding and welcoming manager that happily helped me out.
I just wanted to say… I don’t know what happened to the food here. I will order from here and it’s not the best like it used to be. I stop ordering then give it a try again. It’s always the same things. The tenders are dry and tasteless, like there’s no seasoning on it. The fries are over cooked and are so hard to bite. The chicken sandwiches are also dry and bland. And this is my entire household saying these things. The tenders used to be so juicy and taste so good. The sauce is great but the tenders should taste amazing on their own and they don’t. I have a time to compare to, when you first opened is not the same type of energy. Service is still very good but quality of food is not…. ??♀️

Wonderful quality with superb customer service. You might not even notice it’s a fast food place (but they are very fast while paying attention to each order.) I’d recommend the crispy tenders and broccoli. Also, the salads are delicious - always fresh and easily modified if needed/wanted!
Only thing that can compare to Zaxbys. May be a little better. I dont know.
