Even single star is waste for pizza here. I ordered thin crust here. Veggies are uncooked and crust was too hard. Even after ordering second time. Employees was rude. Women in counter had some type of ego issues even not liking to reply properly.

The facility store has not been updated. As long as I have been living over in this area the cleanliness the trees need to be cut lawn needs to be mowed. the smell of the restaurant smells like mold just not cleanlinessParking: NA not really sure on that behalf

I ordered a big dinner box with two pepperoni lover pizzas no sauce, chicken Alfredo and bread sticks. When I received my order I was given two small round pizzas, and my pasta was missing. Now the pizzas wouldn’t have been an issue if my autistic nephew wasn’t with me, he was upset and couldn’t understand why the pizza wasn’t in squares. When I called up there they claimed to be out of the big dinner boxes and that was why we had received two round pizzas and that they would resend the pasta after a few minutes of arguing with them that it was not DoorDash’s fault which they tried to blame. When I insisted they resend the entire order the manager said I would still get round pizzas but that they would cut it into squares. I was fine with that, however after receiving my order for a second time I’ve found that they lied when the second delivery driver handed me a BIG DINNER BOX my order still ended up wrong because they added sauce to the pizzas. All in all this was a horrible experience

I went in ready to order pizza but unfortunately I didn't have my phone to scan the code for the menu. The staff either could not or would not provide a menu so I left and got pizza elsewhere.

This place is horrible. I ordered a pizza at 7:10pm and at 845pm it was still not ready. The lobby was full of angry customers and the drive thru was full also. I watched the employee at the drive thru literally lie to every car that stop at the window and told them their pizza will be ready in 10 minutes, it's in the oven. LIAR. They had a lot of pizzas that were not picked up because people were leaving. By 9pm I walked out and will Never return to this dump. Marcos or Papa John's would never do this. At this point a tombstone pizza from publix would be better than pizza hut. This all happened on 3/22/24

DO NOT ORDER from here. Woman who answered the phone between 4:50 and 5PM on Friday, March 22nd is horrendous as a worker. I cancelled an order and had to CALL back to get the order cancelled a second time when I had prepaid for it. If I had5 followed up then I would have been charged! Why didn’t the first woman cancel the order like I told her to? Terrible workers. Get more quality!

Ordered online went to pick up my food and waited 30 minutes in line, the car in front of me was knocking at the window no one will answer. Finally got my food when I got home the pasta was dry no sauce at all, I had to throw it away.

Order 2 pizzas. I believe they were in the warming oven for an hour before we pick them up very dry. Very tasteless never had an experience like this before at Pizza Hut, very disappointed.

We first ordered here last week. When I went to pick up my pizza, I got the feeling they hadn’t made it. They told me it was almost done, then brought it out about 10 minutes later. When I got home, we realized it was still very doughy, the cheese wasn’t even melted, pepperoni wasn’t crispy at all, it was obviously rushed. I called and they gave me a credit for the pizza. Tonight I called in an order to use my credit. I just ordered a large pepperoni pan crust. When I went to get it, there were about 15 people in the lobby with one very slow lady working up front. They gave me a pizza, but it was just a cheese. I told her and she said it would be 15 minutes to remake it. During this time I witnessed many other customers not getting correct orders and waiting 30+ minutes in the lobby. When I finally got my pizza, I went home and realized it wasn’t even pan crust. It was cooked this time, but still didn’t taste great. I don’t know how it’s so hard to look at an order and make it correctly. But this was the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to!
