Slowest "fast" food restaurant I've ever witnessed. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Go to any other Popeyes. Popeyes is gonna always be Popeyes, but this is bad by even Popeyes standards. Go anywhere but here. Wouldn't recommend any to-go, delivery, or pick-up, Uber Eats, etc. here either. You'll be stuck in line forever waiting.

Horrible customer service!!Went to the drive through to order the special I was told they was out of the butterfly shrimp but could be substituted for pop corn shrimp then they tried to go up on the price then went on to say they can’t sell the combo at all because they are out of the shrimp after telling me it could be substituted the drive through person was rude as well giving out false information I would not recommend every time I come to this particular Popeyes the service is always horrible and the food is never fresh hope yall get enough complaints to put yall right out of business!!! Oh and it stinks like a dirty mop on the inside!!

If I can give it 0 star I would!!! Absolutely dreadful experience at this Popeyes location. Waited over an hour to be served, only to encounter rude and unhelpful staff/ Manager. The manager was particularly unbearable, showing no regard for customer service. To make matters worse, the food was undercooked, and evidently nobody wanted to do their job properly. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time and being treated poorly."!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

When I came here the place was so slow it was unbearable. There was a doordash guy waiting at the counter even though there was only one person in line and the door dash guy left before the order was even given to him because it was taking so long. It took 15 minutes before the lady could get to me. Also when I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich they told me they didn't have any. I ordered the food online so I said well what do we do and she goes well I don't know what do you want me to do I said I would like you to get me my food that I ordered and she walks away and then some lady came and said we're going to drop it down for you it's going to be another 8 minutes so I waited about 30 minutes total yes that doesn't add up but it was 30 minutes before I got my sandwich. The sandwich was good but the service was so bad that I will never go back to this location. When a restaurant has three out of five stars on Google it tells you something because this place sucks

If I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would. This was my first and LAST time at this location.There was NO CUSTOMER service. After placing my order with the rude person taking my order I get to the window and the dude just put his arm out the window without a word. Took my card, charged it, handed me the receipt and card still with out a word with his back partially towards me. Handed me a bag with cold turned upside down fries. No ketchup no napkins. I asked for some ketchup and you would have thought I cursed at him. He gave me two close the window and turned his back.I almost thought he paid for my food, with the take what I give you attitude.This the worst Popeyes and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE. I really hope the high ups does something about this location.

I’m an Uber Eats driver. I went to this location to pick up an order for a customer. I waited for 57 minutes. Usually I would have canceled, but they kept telling me it would be ready soon. After about 20 minutes, I decided to wait it out to at least get a few bucks instead of zero.I had started a stopwatch when I arrived, which is how I know it was 57 minutes. The manager disappeared, only 3 people were working there trying to do everything on a Friday evening, but didn’t really seem to care about keeping people waiting. One poor guy was just trying to place an order for 20 minutes for chicken that was visible right behind the counter. It turns out they hadn’t even started making my order by the 45-minute mark, despite reminding them of my order numerous times.Laughable customer service, like it was so bad we all collectively were laughing at the situation. Not even mad, just appalled that this business is still operating.
