I have been to a few Sonic's in the past and was not impressed at all. This Sonic was great. The service and food was so much better than I expected. We will definitely be back!

Don't come to this location late at night, any time after 9. The wait times were long, and the patio had nearly six people waiting on orders. Most disappointing was that the slushie machine was 'broken', certainly since that was the primary reason I had gone to Sonic.

The experience was horrible, first off, the mic on stall 20 wasn't working properly & the person taking the order sounded muffled...so he skipped me and proceeded to take others order.. after 20 minutes i finally got the 2 shakes & it looked like crack heads made them, the girl hand was shaking as she handed to me knowing they looked messed up, she offered to remake them but i guess this the best i could get. The exact reason I don't go to Sonic

I paid for a chocolate Oreo blast milkshake. The milkshake was not chocolate and had no Oreo in it. The first time the milkshake was brought out the person was pleasant enough. However, when I showed her that there was no Oreo in it and the milkshake was vanilla, she seemed annoyed. The second time she brought it out she handed it to me and quickly walked away without saying a word. Milkshake still had no Oreo. At this point, with what I already experienced of the customer service I was too afraid of them spitting in my milkshake to say anything else. Until changes are made to value customer experience, this Sonics location will remain a one star establishment for me.

I don't have any need to return here. Speaker didn't work properly, food was tasteless and cold and the person that ran it out I think was supposed to be a guy, but it had pink fingernails. Sorry, I don't need this nonsense in my life. Others will gladly take my money.

Food was great but Horrible customer service. The girl was clearly rushing us and annoyed while we were ordering. No “welcome” or “okay we will be right out with that order” just silence once we said that was it. I could understand if it were busy but it was 9pm on a Sunday night so it safe to say it was not. Maybe she was just having a bad night but Sadly we won’t be coming back to this location because of it.
