The manager — whose name I unfortunately did not catch — is the sweetest, most considerate worker I’ve ever been served by. The way she treated both me and the other customers was unbelievable… and that’s coming from someone who worked at Chick-fil-a for years. I’d come here everyday if I didn’t live 4 hours away. It was a great experience, and that is not an exaggeration.To whoever was manager here at 12:18pm on April 5, 2024: you are a great person and exceptionally good at your job!Update: Fortunately, I was able to go back again and I’ve learned that her name is Maria!

Ordered thru drive thru and Janelle was rude shouted at me. I asked her if i can order strawberry banana milk shake. She shouted at me that i can only order one or the other. Why she needs to shout? This is my last visit here. It’s s bummer because my kids visit here one our two times a week. Oh well

Stay clear of this burger place. I've given them more than one opportunity and they never get it right. It's DEFINITELY not a made to order deal. How can you have a slice of cheese on your burger that's not melted. Cold fries . I'll never visit this place again.

Pulled into this place off of highway. Ordered the butter double steakburger - it was one of the best tasting hamburgers I have ever had! It was like perfectly grilled to perfection - bun was good - overall the taste was otherwordly and as close to perfection as possible - unfortunately the nearest S&S to me here in NC is 77
