Faith was more than helpful when making my sandwich. I asked for a Footlong All American Club on White, and that's what she made. I definitely would come again. She was very nice and made sure everything with my order was perfect. I would definitely order a sandwich from her again.

Really wanted a cold cut combo, so Subway has always been a first place to go. I was happy to go in and find no line to wait in. But ended up waiting almost 10 minutes while the nice girl was cleaning. Then I ordered 2 foot long on white, one meatball and one cold cut. She made the meatball and told me they were out of cold cut ? well ok, make the other a meatball also.Went to pay and asked for a large drink, payed and went to get my drink and no ice ? I asked if they have ice and she said we have no ice. Well I don't want the drink if there is no ice. I asked for my $3.09 back and she went and in the back and another girl came out and said, no ice and I said, no drink, and they didn't know how to refund my drink, so they gave me 6 cookies ? another customer came in and said before I have to wait, do you have blablabla and she said no, we don't have that, so he left. This use to be the best Subway around but seems to be lacking. I had a bad experience there about a year ago with a very rude man and I wasn't going to go back there but wanted to give another try and didn't work out. The girls were very nice and accommodating.

No one was working there when I showed up looking for a sandwich. I checked out the menu and meandered around for a few minutes, then walked out without seeing a single human. It was kind of creepy because noon is generally when people eat lunch and the place was empty.

Just ordered 2 sandwiches, a wrap and 1 bag of chips. The bread was stale for the tuna sandwich, hardly any tuna on the sandwich, no extra oil and vinegar I requested, the wrap and flatbread sandwich were supposed to be toasted and came cold and then didn’t even receive the bag of chips! I mean all around the order was a disgrace. What a waste of money spent at this Subway and be sure we won’t order from here again.

I, recently, went to this store who was not offering the discount I had seen online. I waited ~10min (after spending 5 or 10 setting up an account and placing the order) then saw that my order was automatically canceled. When I asked about the cancellation, the employee shrugged and said they were having "system errors" then stared at me blankly. There was no offer to honor the discount despite it being the company's fault and knowing I had been there longer than any Subway order should take. I contacted the online support but got a common, "thank you" but offered nothing to try to right the wrong of wasting my time and forcing me to make other plans to feed my family.
