I frequent this restaurant often. Mom and I always order subs or salads. Now they have the desserts. The employees are friendly always say hello when I walk in the door and they always get my order correct.

Tried to call in order, but went to voicemail - which was suspiciously full; hence ordered online. Requested extra mayo on one sub yet there was no mayo at all, and the subs were not labeled. While inept, they are actually better than most locations in the area. They did make them in a timely manner.

If you’re looking for a sandwich made by a guy who should be wearing a hairnet (but isn’t), then this is the place for you. The vegetables for the sandwiches were all old, slimy, and mixed together. I like Subway but this one is gross.

We ordered 2 salads and cookies online. When we arrived to pick up the order my husband was told by one of the people working, "we got no bowls" and “to order something else.”My husband was floored at the level of rude and disrespectful behavior from the man. I would identify him by name but he told my husband his name didn’t matter so we will go with the man with the tattoos vs the younger man with no tattoos. When my husband told him we didn’t want bread that was why we ordered the salads he repeated “we got no bowls, you need to order something else”.This location is probably one of the worst subway locations that we have been to and there is no amount of desire for subway that would ever bring us back to this particular location and the manager and owner needs to consider who they have as the person speaking to customers. Honestly, reading the reviews, looks like the owners is not in control of his/her store.

Employees are rude, food looked and tasted old and about to expire. The bread was about the only thing that seemed fresh. After ordering there new side kicks the pretzel. It was burnt and seemed to be covered in grease or soaked in butter. Don’t recommend this place and very sad experience at subway.

This is the worst thing I’ve seen so far from this subway The bread is burnt, the tuna is nonexistent and i missing a couple of items from my order. Garbage for sure. Stay away from this place.

Ordered a few sandwiches online from this location. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were missing ingredients but one of the sandwiches looked like it was missing a bite. I’ll never order an online sandwich again unless I can watch it be made. I understand that sometimes the bread may fall apart but it’s just weird that both sides of the sandwich looked like it was missing a a chunk in the imprint of a human mouth. Needless to say I guess Subway was not on the menu for me today.

I ordered online, part of the order was a personal pan pizza. Upon arrival, the subway employee informed me they don't do pizza at that location.I asked for it to be taken out of the order.They informed me that they were not able to, that it has to be done online. I know from past experience that getting done online is impossible, there is no customer service number or in-app way to remove an item once ordered.I asked for a number to fix this, he said he didn't have one.I do not for a second blame the employee, he can only do what is able.What I'm hoping for is a refund to my card, not store credit for an item I didn't recieve, and hope that in the future customers won't be able to order items that were never available at a location.

Gross. The meat looked like it had been tampered with. The lettuce was rotting and brown. The employee was rude. If i could give zero stars I would. I walked out and chose to eat somewhere else.

Ordered a hot Italian sandwich... supposed to come with 3 different meats. Only received one aka pepperoni. Bread was days past its expiration, stale & hard. But hey, I got my money back.
