First time thereAfter I waited for almost 30 minutes, because was one girl making an order like for 6 sandwiches, was ok we were hungry and waited. Another employee was on the backWhen it was our turn to order I ordered half sandwich with wheat bread and 2 cookies.My granddaughter order too.We left and at home I opened mine and it broke I’m my hands. CRUMBSBREAD HARD AND OLD. I think they wanted to get rid of that piece of bread THE COOKIES ALSO HARD AND OLD!!!SHAME !!!!!My Trash ? can ate it.

The change to on-premise slicing is nice. The person making our sandwiches was meticulous, which made it slower, but everything was made correctly, which made it worth the wait. We didn't have ingredients falling out of the bread or bunched up in one area and missing in another. Best tuna sub of any national chain, in my opinion.Vegetarian options: Lots of different veggies available.

I don’t understand why I place an order online, pay for it in advance, and when i get to the store they have to confirm the order to make it. What is the purpose of placing it on the app of you have to come in the store and wait in line anyways. Very frustratingApparently it’s the owners that made this decision and they need to rethink their policy.

Customer Service was horrendous! Server was rude and unprofessional.When I first walked into the store the 1st thing that came out of his mouth was "picking up"? Not a Good Afternoon, Welcome to Subway! Not sure where he thought he was - maybe a Barbershop or a Fruit Stand on the side of the road. Anyhow, he needs to be retrained on how to provide good customer service!

After leaving I realized I was given somebody else's sandwich and had to go back. The manager offered me nothing for my troubles and even demanded I give the other sandwich back (despite them having to just throw it away because I already opened and touched it). A big hassle and bad customer service from the manager. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the girls behind the counter were friendly. Oh yeah, also a worker (that I'm guessing is new because he seemed to have trouble with everything, taking a long time and messing orders up) actually said "eww, gross" while making my sandwich. Where was the manager to explain how that's not appropriate? But just goes to show you what their own employees even think of their food.

I only go here when Kevin is working, everyone else is slower than the dmv. No "welcome to subway" upon entering, the rest of the staff has no personality at all. Even people that ordered online are sitting here waiting.. as a retired subway employee I was let down this visit. 5 stars for Kevin and his usual crew. The new crew needs more training though.UPDATE: a young lady by the name of Jay showed up to save the day!! She was personable and extremely quick and true sandwich artist her sandwiches looked like the pictures in the adds she knew the sandwiches by their number and what came on them. She was driving the line and had six sandwiches backed up for the guy working on veggies to get to and then jumped over and started doing that as well. Her work ethic is amazing and it shouldn't go unnoticed!!
