This location really needs better management, the employees running the store always get my order wrong, even if I place it through the app. In drive thru I say my order slow and even have it repeated back and I still get wrong add ons or toppings. I work fast food, either you can tap the screen correct or not. Sucks this location is the only one by my house. I never have issues ordering from causeway, seffner or Brandon blvd. I enjoy Taco Bell but this store needs serious help.

Gloria at this location, although super busy, was extremely sweet and helpful. There was a mix up with my order (my fault) and she was so nice dealing with it, she even gave me a free drink!

The food was as expected from Taco Bell but the restaurant atmosphere was horrible. When you dine in during your work lunch you do it to get away not to go have to deal with the 4 yr old managers grandkid running around the restaurant like it was a playground cursing and screaming. On the top of that the parents getting him to be disrespectful to others. And then having cars worked on in the parking lot while the little kid running inside and out to the parking lot.
Place is dog sh*t. They will forget everything you order (Chips and Cheese are missing). Place needs to burn to the ground. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a while and now I know why. Spend more money and go to McDonald's. They are consistent.

Love this location. Pretty friendly staff too. Update: I don't know what happened but the service and quality are way down. To the point that I've gone from a 3time a week customer to being done with Taco Bell all together ?

They actually are the worst!! If I could give it one star I would. Good is fine but the service is absolutely atrocious. I work with door dash and every time I get this store something goes wrong. They will leave customers orders sitting at the pick up for 30+ minutes after telling us they will come out and give it to us. Then when I try to go in the store they make me pull through the drive through again.
