This shop just opened and is only 3 minutes from my house. I read the reviews and felt a bit apprehensive but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered coffee milk tea, thai milk tea and olong tea, you know what, they were all delicious!!! And it only takes a few minutes to wait! The space is clean, the staff is also cute and they play good music ? I will recommend this place to my relatives

Great establishment with great staff! I felt very very welcomed.Portion sizes are huge though! I couldn’t even finish it haha. So you may have leftovers. For two people we spent around $34

Just came by here as I dropped a friend off. I saw some of the negative reviews, but I think those were probably due to the recency of the opening. I thought the food was very good. Got the fried chicken (nuggets) with the yum yum and sweet and sour sauce - nice crunch and tasted great. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was great - the broth was good and the noodles and pork were on point.

Food is good. Boba teas are good also. My knock is the service is hit or miss. I think the management needs to invest more time into their staff's efficiency, awareness and communication. I was thinking 4 stars only bc of this one thing so that's a generous 4 star, really could fall to a 3 of this doesn't resolve soon. (Most of this is within the first 60 days of opened) so I'm not being too critical, it can be fixed with training.

Plenty of better ramen anywhere else but here. For those that don't know this is a food chain. Therefore quality is not that great. Boba is hit or miss depending on what you get. You can find better boba at any local boba or even take the drive towards usf where there are plenty of options to choose from. Ambiance is kinda weird to me. I'm not sure if I should order to go or sit down to eat. Plenty of times I've heard kitchen ring the bell at the window but no one has the urgency to grab the food weather it was for dining in or to go. Staff is also hit or miss. Depending on who you get. U might get a good server or u might get a bad server. But with my multiple experiences it could be way better. I was offered free boba if I gave a good review. Which I understand is a good way of marketing and getting your ratings up. But if food and service doesn't meet expectations than I would be lying if I gave a 5 star. I would rather take the drive towards Tampa for much better asian cuisine. Hope this helps you before deciding to go here.

First time here. Very average place. Got the spicy curry ramen. Not spicy at all. Had an ok flavor nothing special or to write home about. Noodles were clumped together. Was just an ok ramen. Also got the pineapple chicken rice bowl. The fried rice was nice and had a good flavor. Chicken was nice just wish the batter had more crunch. The rice bowl was actually better than the ramen which is an issue when you are suppose to be a ramen place. Got the spring rolls which were good and not greasy. If you do not try this place you will not be missing anything

I have come here a few times for their boba drinks. A few days ago we came in to eat also. The service here is pretty good, the place looks clean and the food presentation is enticing. We love their boba tea variety. The food though is lacking for my taste. Their fried rice is Ok, but not something I would crave for, but to be fair I find that their fried rice is about the same in flavor as in Kung Fu and Ramen, so maybe this is the way they flavor their rice. I did like the orange chicken and it helped flavor the rice. The chicken ramen was Ok, and the takoyaki was better at the Kung Fu place. I will be coming back for the boba tea and may try other items on the menu, but with white rice.

Food was trash, bugs in food but the servers were cool as heck place looks nice but unsanitary wouldn't
My first time here, got my drink with no boba. Waited nearly 15 minutes for it. If ordering to go have to order through a kiosk and have to leave a tip. I was really craving this drink and on my way home I tried it and kept sipping and noticed I wasn't getting any boba turned the light on and there WASNT ANY. Really disappointed.

Decided to try this new place in town, Ordered from Kiosk upon entering restaurant, very busy in the kitchen but not in the dining room, assuming Togo orders. Food came out in about 20 minutes which was not terrible. We ordered hibachi entrees and they are nothing to brag about. Chicken is dry, beef is dry, rice is dry and they give you very little yum yum sauce. Spend the extra gas and go to Katana Japanese Express.

Only ordered Uber eats from here and pickup, however the food has been great. The drinks are delicious as well and so many options to choose from. I appreciate that you can choose you sweetness level on the drinks as well. Hibachi and the bowls have both been delicious!

We arrive to the restaurant greeted then sat. After 15 minutes and waving down a waiter because they were either to busy playing on there phones or standing around to take our order, we finally put the order in the food appetizer arrived fairly fast , unfortunately that's the only thing good about the whole experience. The food was bland but the serving size portion was a good size. Waited over a year for this place to open up and was left disappointed. Hope to give it another try soon and change my review
