Ellianna's service was superb. I ran to write both a google and Yelp review as soon as possible. Where should I start? She greeted us with a smile and every moment was a pleasure. Our order was better than ever before and service was impeccable, especially simply being an ice cream place. Ellianna made us wish we could come for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Will be back soon.

We came 23 minutes before closing, so we were warned of a lack of functioning machines. We proceeded to order soft serve ice cream cones but were up charged (for the flavor?). Then we received our ice cream in a cup and had to ask for a cone. We went to try our dessert- it was inedible. Drenched in artificial flavoring and tasted toxic. We would’ve turned around but there was a line forming. Poor, unfortunate souls. Drove to Culver’s instead.

I went here in the drive thru with my mom yesterday, and the person who was serving me was incredibly rude, and had a really bad attitude. She was very dismissive, and essentially told my mom to hurry up when we were ordering. When I pulled up to window, my mom paid and she handed us our food and then proceeded to shut the window without saying anything. Incredibly unprofessional and very very unlikeable, she had blonde hair and wearing a bright shirt.

I came to twister for a treat for me and my family and over experience was an 7/10 the ice cream was good but I did not have an amazing customer service from the employee who had on a purple shirt, she seen me and my family standing at the window for quite some time as she was in the back on her phone, then she took my order and was rushing me nd had a snarky tone in her voice I’m not sure if I came at a bad time or not, But other then that the area was very cleaned and my items were delicious!!
Great Experience! Stopped by earlier today around 2:30pm for a sweet treat and was attended by the sweetest young lady named Jaylonie I believe. Would definitely recommend stopping by!
