When I asked for extra dipping sauce, i was told you can't get extra, i told them I would pay for the extra sauces, and they told me you can't do that. This location has lost my business.

Went through the drive thru around about 8:20-8:30pm tonight only 1 car order was being taken at a time when my order was finally taken 20 mins later we pulled around to the window paid for the food & still had to wait another 15-20 mins at the window for our food. Not only did I have to wait almost 30 mins at the window my food order was incorrect My burgers were replace but came back wrapped in the original wrapper the incorrect burgers were in. My fries & nuggets felt & tasted like they have been sitting under the warmer the whole time I had to wait on my food. They did replace both after I requested it. There was a girl in there in regular clothes behind the counter making sandwiches with gloves on touching her face & the front monitors without washing her hands or changing her gloves. Customer at the front counter screaming they were giving the wrong order! I’m not sure what was going on tonight in this establishment & After almost an hour I hate that I wasted my time & almost 17.00 dollars on food from this Wendy’s!!! I RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!

Total backlog today in drive thru and inside. Out of garlic fries, so they offered baconator fries after a 25 minute wait, then 5 minutes later said they had no cheese for the baconator fries and offered regular fries. Meanwhile they just gave e me the same cheese on my cheese potato. Got home and my Asiago Club Combo had no bacon. Needless to say, wasted my entire lunch hour there, without eating and the order was still incorrect. I will drive to the other location next time.

Went to order food in the drive through and got told that they was only doing mobile orders bc they was back up so I asked how long wil it take if I do a Moble order and and the lady was rude sucked her teeth and said sir is you going to order because I don't know how long it going to take your not the only one ordering. Was very uncalled for, for a simple question need to be addressed customer service sucks will not be going back to this Wendy's and will be spreading the word

Ghetto.I stood at the front waiting for someone to help me. The manager passed by me and didnt say a word. The employees were crowded around the drive thru window speaking to a lady. The manager was yelling at them telling them theyre holding up the line yet the employees ignored her. Please do better.

UPDATE: OCT 2020: Still haven't returned in over 3 years. After rereading the current reviews, I'm delighted to say I have not given them another dime.(From 2017) First time going through the drive through moments ago. Got home, order was wrong. Don't feel like driving back. Good luck staying in business.

I can't even tell you about how bad my visit to this Wendy 's was. I ordered $35 worth of food . I get to the window and sat there for 15 mins. For them to open the window to say they don't have enough fries to fill my order. They didnt have BBQ sauce in broccoli either. The worsted experience I have ever had. I also order a Cobb salad with extra chicken grilled which I was charged for and but I was given Cesar salad with spicy chicken and not extra chicken.. Then I called and they picked up the phone and hung up on me ... I will be calling again in the morning

Probably the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. Even if there's only one person ahead of you, you'll be lucky to get out of the drive through in under 15 minutes. Out of the three times I've eaten here, they've gotten my order correct once.

I recently visited Wendy's in the evening, and the manager on shift, Kendra, orchestrated an impressive display of professionalism. The entire staff, including the front cashier Hope, demonstrated a high level of courtesy and efficiency. Hope, in particular, was patient and meticulous while taking our order, ensuring accuracy by reading it back.The restaurant exuded cleanliness, both in the lobby and the kitchen. Kendra's tight management was evident, as every staff member was engaged and bustling. Despite a minor hiccup in my order, Kendra and her team promptly rectified it with remarkable politeness, showcasing a level of professionalism uncommon in fast-food settings.I must commend the drive-through team, Ty and Kayla, who, despite their evident busyness, took the time to check on me when I returned to the front counter with a question. This attention to customer needs made me feel as if I were dining in a 4-star restaurant, a rare experience in a fast-food establishment. Overall, Wendy's under Kendra's management has set a new standard for fast-food service.Out of 100, I rate this establishment 88. Very tasty food; I can have this for 2 meals in a row. I will come back if in the area, and I'll recommend you to try it out too if you're in the area.
