Such a shame! This place was so fantastic before! We come here every time we come to Singer Island, and go to a Mulligans every time we go to the beach in different locations, until today! Waited 25 mins at the door without even being acknowledged when seated waited other 20 mins to be able to order and decided to leave as waitresses rudely made sure to be as unpleasant as possible. What a shame of service, honestly for such a nice place, having people working to be rude to customers is a disgrace. Food there is always great, but service and her rudeness will keep the place empty! Horrible experience.

IM there every weekend and i enjoy my self everytime i go ,its a nice woman she actually I believego by the name Mellanieshes polite shes fast no matter what color you are i pay attention well she treats everyone the same shes so customer service ready if anything is wrong she make it her business to correct the problemreally makes you feel welcome and want to keep coming back. The food there is always hot and delicious.

While the restaurant is in a great location, I went with friends for lunch earlier this week. All 3 of us got food poisoning there, 1 of which was sick for 3 days. I called to report it and when the corporate office called me back they told me that because they had sold 22 other fish dip that day the food poisoning we got was not from them. Despite it being our only meal that day. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone else. They did not offer a refund or even a giftcard for the inconvenience and sickness that they put my friends and I through
Very disappointed with the cleanliness and service.Was served with a lipstick stained glass. Server was not mindful at all. Bill was mistaken for another, but couldn't get it straight. Will not visit here again.Management should be aware of this deplorable situation.

On April 1st 2024, my husband and I were walking the plaza and a local told us about this place, we decided to give it a try, well I do not recommend anyone coming here, most unprofessional atmosphere ive been in... Apparently there was only 2 waitresses, we had the shift lead which i can't remember her name, it took 20 minutes just for drinks, that were incorrect, then got the same drink incorrectly again... As I'm waiting for our drinks you can hear the wait staff screaming and fighting in the kitchen loud enough for the dining area to hear clearly! Then the shift lead waitresses was disrespectful on so many levels... The only one that had respect in this business was the young host! he wad wonderful, but yet the woman he works with were disrespecting him as well! Hope this helps others!

It's Easter Sunday so I gave the waitress a pass. She was taking care of the bar area AND making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. She was friendly but needed help.I ordered a Southwest Burger. A good majority of the chips weren't fried at all. The burger should have been well done and it was VERRRY medium well.I am visiting from DC and the restaurants have been horrible!

We had a wonderful experience At Mulligans Beach House for Happy hour!!! Firecracker Shrimp and Long Islands were all delicious!!! Staff was welcoming and attentive . We will be back!!!
