I went to Wendy's on Blue Heron for lunch today and the service was not good. I will gladly give a pass on the food if the service is greatBut I will never give a pass on good service, no matter how good the food is. I hope that this is relatable. When I received my food there was tomato on my sandwich, even though I said twice " no tomatoes please". Other than than the not so good service and the tomato on my food, the rest was really good. I saw the person that handles the fry station arguing with the drive thru cashier earlier & the cashier which was probably a manager argue with a customer over a wrong order. This location needs to get it together.
