Community event. Truck was over half an hour late. (We were the second stop.) After reading all about their fabulous flavors, add-ins, and toppings, what did we get? Our choice of one scoop of vanilla or one scoop of chocolate. Which contained gluten. So we basically got less than nothing. What a waste of time.

Highly recommend checking this out and trying their unique flavors! Their specials are astro themes too which fits the name so perfectly! I saw their truck at an art fair and had no idea what this would be like, but I just had to check it out because of how interesting it looked. It's a massive bus with rooftop seating! That's not common! You can go to the top and lounge around while you enjoy ice cream, or take it to go. Super cool! Now for their flavor they have done something truly amazing and unique. I ordered the dulce de leche with graham crackers (amazing recommendation on their end). It's such a good unusual combination. But that wasn't the only surprisingly cool part. The treaties of the ice cream was something I've never had before, and I've made ice cream, so I know the texture quite well. It was almost a chewy rice pudding texture that was absolutely smooth and creamy at the same time. It had a bit of spring to it which I tried to capture in photos. But this texture also made it seem slightly melt-restaurant too! Yes, it did melt a bit as time went on (I was really savoring it) but it didn't melt nearly as fast as most ice creams do. Truly interesting and unique experience all around. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

I could eat this all the time, it was soooo fresh and delicious! Very cool to have the windows so you can watch it being made, and there are stairs to the top of the bus so you can sit up there and enjoy a greater view.

This Ice-cream isn't in EVERY store from here to Bangkok and outer reaches of the COSMOSbecause I have NEVER tasted bubble gum Ice-cream THIS creamy (you can SEE the difference when spooning) in my life. And they have Vegan!!! I promise you've never tasted anything like it. 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Been following this ice cream truck and their lovely team around town for many of their events and today their owner Tanisha went truly above and beyond to make an anniversary of mine special. She took the extra time today, even though their shop was closed after a long previous day of serving it up at the Space Coast Music Festival, to make a pint of Apollo Pistachio Crunch (our fave!). Tanisha and her whole team truly make an effort to serve the community and always put a smile on our faces!

Great service! Great people! Great ice cream!!! Vegan mint was just as creamy and delicious as the regular delicious ice cream. We thought nitrogen ice cream would have a weird texture, we were wrong. Loved it! Best ice cream we've had so far in Brevard Country. Thanks Cosmos! Love all the spacey names too!
