I called firehouse sub in rockledge around 8 30 , they close at 9 well i kept calling and calling no answer and finally i called again at 8 45 and they answered and i said i would like to place a order ….. she said were closed i was trying to say its says 9 and before i could she just hung up on me …. Not happy notA way to run a business for sure definitely shouldn’t be working there. …..

Placed order for the wrong store. Which NEVER happens to me, so I call and ask to have the order cancelled and the lady said they can’t cancel it. Highly disappointed in FHS. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours to talk to a representative to get my refund.

I pickup from this store regularly. Today, I could not leave the house and placed an Uber Eats order. Because the customization options are limited, I called the store to confirm my order. It took me 4 phone calls to get through. When I finally did, they confirmed they got my order and the changes made. Order gets to my door - It's the completely wrong order. Cool, that's not really on them. I got a refund from Uber.What's pissing me off is trying call them now again to at the very least let them know that order won't be picked up or to see if I can have a friend pick it up to drop it off to me since it's paid for...Ive now called 6 times and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. It makes absolutely NO SENSE.

I ordered 2 medium subs. They both were very small with hardly any meat on it. The prices are just plain ridiculous. 24$ plus they asked for my change for FD. God Bless all our fire fighters. I won't go back. Very disappointed. Sorry.
