The salad bar was great and service . The Philly cheesesteak was burned and I had an issue with my chicken breast sandwich. I emailed ruby tuesday . I received a call from their Regional manager . What a great guy! He apologized and rectified the situation immediately. He definitely cares about the customers . Looking forward to going back.
Cristobalina is the ‘greatest.’ She’s attentive solicitous; every time we come, she’s happy and attentive to all her tables. I really appreciate her and always ask for a table outside because she’s normally the one there. And I also love her makeup. The food and atmosphere is good, but I wanted to give her the only 5 ✨

Salad bar and deconstructed kabobs were great! However we have accumulated quite a lot of rewards points and can't use them if we get one meal for $3 after buying one at regular price. We should be able to at least get a free fountain drink!
