We've gone to this Starbucks for years, and it's been hit and miss on their Frappuccinos as far as the amount of ice vs flavor. But today, July 11, 2023, we used the drive through and ordered our usual four fraps for us and the in-laws. We were greeted by a happy voice, and when we got to the window, we got to put a face to the voice. Her name is Kirsten. 2/3 of ice when you ask for light ice. I usually don't mind because there's worse things happening in the world but I asked for light ice because of a medical issue (PICA during pregnancy). I only asked for any ice because I didn't want the drink to be warm/room temp.

Shoutout to the Starbucks on Murrell Rd in Rockledge! My order got messed up, but the staff totally owned it. They apologized a bunch, rushed through my remake, and even put me at the front of the line. Plus, my drink ended up being perfect - exactly what I wanted! Super friendly crew, and definitely going back.
