Everytime i come in I have to wait for the 1 person working to make mobile orders while I stand there staring at the wall waiting for people who aren't even there to be taken care of. Will never waste my money or time in this place again.

I'm new to the area and have been in this subway at Barnes and Murrell three times now. Twice during morning hours during the week and once in the morning hours on Sunday. Was always waited on by the same white middle-age lady. Every time I go in she is whining about something or making a smart comment about something. She is very aggravating. She acts as if she doesn't want to be there. I wish she wasn't.

Service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately not a lot of toppings added. Although seemed short staffed during my visit worker still kept positive attitude.

The old lady that works is super rude- we are from Miami and we were in a road trip we had to make an stop to eat and when we went to this store she was very rude to my boyfriend because he does not speak English well.So sad to see this type of behavior in a place that is just to buy something fast to eat on the road

When I order in person I get to direct how I want my sub. We ordered delivery and the sub was all wrong. They forgot my chips. We called and let them know, and they said they would credit the chips. That was Monday. No credit yet. I called and complained about the sub and how it was done wrong. I mean look at the pic. Mustard slobbered on. 3 pickles. Very little lettuce. It was just not appetizing at All!!! I called and complained and a worker from subway told me to come anytime and they'd redo a sub for me. I went in today and the manager acted like she didn't know anything. I had my receipt. I have this pic. She pulled up the receipt from her computer. She found my order and said this is what I got. Well, lady, it was made wrong!! you guys forgot my chips too! This is a waste of money. Imma stick to publix. Avoid this subway. Management doesn't know about customer service. The workers are slow so if you're on a 30 minute lunch break avoid this place. Definitely DONT ORDER TO GO!!! Never stepping foot in this place again. They don't keep their word and they don't know how to make a sub order for delivery. Smh. I wish I could get my money back. I went without eating lunch.

Went in today to grab some lunch. There was a line with 1 person working it. Was there 10 min or so and mysteriously another worker comes out. She takes her time getting on gloves then grabs a online order ticket that just came thru. She walks up to start making a sandwich and tells me someone will be with me in a min. I kindly ask "wouldn't it make sense to take care of the 5 people in line instead of online orders? She mumbles something under her breath and I say excuse me and she refuses to acknowledge me. I ask again and she ignored me completely. I asked for her name and again was ignored. I said I'll just spend my money elsewhere and miraculously she uttered a response of "good".......Won't get my money ever again. Being busy and understaffed is one thing but to be a rude unfriendly and just blatantly nasty to the people that spend money in your place of employment to ensure you get paid is a slap in the face. Do better Subway

This location is open til 11pm which is nice for us certain customers who get off later even on a Sunday but the poor girl working alone definitely needed atleast one other person ATLEAST! She handled the busyness very well but I felt so bad for her. I came in to pick up an order I had scheduled to be ready when I got off, not ready and had to wait which is okay as I came into her working on a large for here order and two other customers behind them… If you’re going to be the one location in the area open later than others you should have more than one person working, one for store orders and one for pickups. Kudos to the girl working though! I work customer service nearby as well and she handled herself very well. It’s just unfair to do that to your employees when everywhere is desperately hiring.

I made a phone call to this location. The phone rang a very long time. Finally a nice voice answered and the young lady stated that her name was Dishante. I may have spelled it wrong. But the time was 9:04pm on 8/11/22. I asked if I could place a takeout order. She said no mam. She hung up. I decided to go anyway and order the steak, bacon,peppers and cheese sub. As she was making my sub, she asked if I had called in earlier. I replied yes. Also a man walked in and picked up a sub that was pre made. After she finished making my sub I asked her why couldn't I call in an order? This lady politely stated that this was not the right time because she had too much to do and from the look of it I only needed one sub. She apologized for not being able to fix the sub. I placed my card over the payment machine, skipped the tip section, paid for my order and when she gave me my receipt she asked me to fill out a survey to get two free cookies. I politely walked away.

First time in since Covid and Heidi left; the store was filthy with food all over the floor and seats-- also bugs. I stepped on one and it popped, which is why I started to actually look at the store. I loudly announced what happened and one of the clerks got up and remarked that it had to happen on their lunch break. Which is rough and it is gross, but the employee also got up from eating at a table that also had a layer of dropped and discarded food around it, so I doubt cleanliness was the issue for them. Why wasnt the store wiped down before clocking out? It couldnt be me. Its DIRTY. I walked out
