Tasha was the manager when we arrived at TB on a Tuesday night for Trivia. We asked to be put on the waitlist for a table because of our party having greater than 10 people. Immediately she gave us an attitude that was unnecessary and put us on the list. However we ended up getting our own table and asked to be taken off the list, she’s immediately did and said “done and done, thank god”. Now I’m not a manager, more a professional in public health but she by far has the worst attitude and communication I’ve ever seen. She’s mean to her staff and she’s overall a horrible manager. I don’t know how she got the job but she needs to be fired. She’s a disgrace to this establishment and if she’d like to talk to me directly I will give her my phone number or even stop by the restaurant. Besides her horrible attitude and personality, the rest of the staff is incredible. She’s just a loose screw, plus this is a weekly occurrence with her when I’ve been nothing but nice to her.

Hard to believe with such a lovely view the interior of this place is bland and no atmosphere. We sat near the window looking out over the patio which was dirty, dead plant holders hanging and totally unappealing. Should be a colorful attractive andEnhancing place to sit and view the golf course. It needs a total overhaul both decor and food.

We've been here a few times but my recent visit prompted my review. Our waitress was Kailey. (I hope I spelled her name right.) She was funny and attentive. Apparently my fish and chips were overcooked and she even told the kitchen she wasn't serving that to me, and had them drop another one. The second one came out a little dark (but not burned) and the front of the house manager came over without my asking, and told me if I didn't like it they'd cook me anything else. However, the second attempt was fine and I enjoyed it, even though it was a little over cooked. The excellent service is why I wanted to write this review. Thank you all for making sure we had a good experience.

My husband and I recently visited Twisted Birch and could not believe how good the service was. Our server Riley was so sweet and helpful. She frequently checked on us and always made sure our drinks were full and food was brought out promptly. She recommended the pot roast tacos and onion rings and they were delicious. Needless to say our experience here was a 10/10 and Riley is to thank. We will be back to see her soon.
