Standard Wendy's. Reasonable room for the drive through. Adequate parking. Dining and counter area is small. Pick up order shelving is easy to find.

The people were nice The Establishment itself was absolutely horrendous, I went to open the rusted bathroom stall and it collapsed on me. You'll know you're there at this spot when you see out front that the scary decrepit rusted out Wendy's sign. I left injured but more mortified than anything

I did drive thru and the lady that work drive thru won 4/1/24 was very rude. I asked politely to add something on and she refused to do it. Plus she never handed the drinks to us the guy did. Her attitude wasn’t nice. I don’t think she should be working there. It will drive customers away.

The Food is always pretty good, but why does the place look like a scene from Annabelle...? I can't believe the city of Rockledge allows businesses to not maintain their establishments...! It looks like a scene from the hood in Los Angeles....

Sat in drive thru for more than 10 minutes after I ordered. Got asked to pull up and wait. Still waiting for a chicken sandwich! That's it! Not a large order. Super disappointed.

HORRIBLE SERVICE: I hope corporate management reads these reviews to improve their service and looks into the employee that worked the drive thru at 0940PM on 1/1/2024. Rude is an understatement! And this is not my first experience with him. The first time he complained to me about how the people in front of me made him so upset because they decided to order 60 dollars worth of food in the drive thru. Smh. Well you are a fast food restaurant so I’m unsure why that complaint was even brought to my attention. On 1/1/24 I placed an order and asked that my food be made fresh, I also advised that I did not have an issue waiting for my food. The employee that was working refused to answer me when I asked if my food could be made fresh. He just continued to say the price, “$13.25”. “Excuse me, did you hear that I wanted it to be made to order?”$13.25… he completely ignored me and continued to state the price which means he was refusing to make my food fresh. I have been here during the day and everyone is extremely nice and professional but at night, it is horrible service. I left the restaurant at that point because I refuse to patronize a company that doesn’t take pride in training their employees on simple customer service skills. This particular employee acts in this manner because this is what he’s been allowed to do. He absolutely needs to be fired and I’m sure that would be doing him a favor because he has no desire to work for Wendy’s and you can tell by his horrible attitude. If corporate or the general store manager sees this, please go look at your schedule and view who was working that particular night. It was a Caucasian male. His attitude needs to be addressed by management IMMEDIATELY because it’s disgusting that you attempt to patronize a local business and can’t do so because of the type of person you have working there. I would not trust him to serve my food, who knows what he’s doing to customers food.

Food was not "fresh" as it could've been. Seems like they had nuggets and fries just sitting there. So they weren't crisp as they should've been. This location always got the females that work here that always have the attitude and eye rolls that are included with your order lol. I stay away from here as much as possible. Can only come to this location if I'm THAT desperate. If not, keep it moving. It looks to be in a really ghetto area too.

Food was hot, fries were fresh. We ordered three drinks, two soft drinks and a lemonade, which the girl clarified as natural or minutemade. When we got to the food window they told us there were only two drinks - neither of which was the lemonade we spoke about. They also forgot our straws and napkins.

Worst wendys ever. I had rewards points I tried to redeem and the guy took my card, swiped it, and said everything redeemed. When I asked for a receipt to confirm, he said the printer didn't work. I checked the reward app and my credit card statement and surprise, surprise - nothing was redeemed. The guy definitely couldn't be bothered to check or do anything above the bare minimum for his job.
