“Must get cocktails at this vintage up scale Cuba earnest Hemingway styled bar. The drinks are complex and memorable. The staff is respectful yet engaging.When in the Panhandle region I make several trips to rosemary and treat myself to the Hemingway Margarita served in a Martini glass ice cold.“

“Food was amazing, very much needed for a hot beach day. Service was above and beyond. I wish I could remember our waiters name, he was Latino and had glasses. He was super attentive, charismatic, and a great guy. We got the grilled shrimp and Guinness burger. Price point was fair. “i have been driving by this place for 4 years and finally stopped, and im glad i did, i will say this is my top 3 favorite restaurant in all Panama city. Food was real good 0 complaints the staff were awesome, i got a drink and the bartender walked over to where i was seated to ask me a question then made some small talk supper cool of them to do that. I hope they do company partys here because i would love to have my end of year party here for my company.“

“Was there in November. We (boyfriend & I) walked the beach and found hook'd. The drinks and food were awesome but most of all I want the bartender ZACHARY to know how awesome he is My boyfriend was able to guess his name which zachary seemed surprised that someone actually guessed his name right. (He doesn't look like a Zachory.) If someone out there reads this review and happens to go to Hook'd in Panama say hi to Zachary for us until the next time we're there. Love Shawn and Stephanie“

“Way too crowded. Not really their fault, it’s the only place within miles. Food is good, not amazing, but man, they nail down the middle for the thousands of tourists they have to serve and the quality is great.I was blown away by their service, the guys who clean up, help on the dining floor, they are the most attentive employees ever. These guys are 5 star, should be working at Michelin rated restaurants. Seriously, when I open a restaurant back in Chattanooga, I am flying down here and stealing their staff. Amazing people here. Take care of these employees, they are the glue and keep this place a great experience!“

“It's a fun local restaurant bar. The food came out quick and was tasty. We ordered oysters on the half shelf, oysters Rockefeller, seafood Gumbo and the grouper sandwich. Everything tasted good, we only wished the grouper in the sandwich had been a little bigger or thicker. It was a tiny filet that got lost in the sandwich.“
