Place was FILTHY ..it was Sunday around three pm. So you'd expect a crowd of sorts to be there... The window side table we were escorted to was greasy and NEVER wiped down...it was actually pretty friggin disgusting ..I also noticed that the accumulated dirt and dust in plain view along the inside windowsill was disgusting enough to keep grabbing my eye...you would think someone would have had the common sense of hygiene to clean it before starting their shift. Pics attached. My wife's food was greasy and horribly overcooked....I didn't send it back because from the looks of the unkempt personnel I wasn't sure that my food wouldn't be messed with if it was sent back to the kitchen. I normally never post reviews but in all good conscious I couldn't let this one slide....just a bate.modicum of hygienic and cleanliness and simple attentive 'Customer Hospitality' would have sufficed.... I had to sent a letter to their corporate office expressing my complete and utter disgust at this filthy restaurant... Don't spend your hard earned money there...

We went to your location 10/29/21 @ 7pm and left at 7:22. Our server Jamie S was very rude to us. We ask him about the deals offered online on your site. He said they don't offer them, we ask to see the Manager. Jamie went to get the manager returned to our table and said "we don't off those deals and the manager is too busy to speak to you". We ordered sweet teas and were served unsweetened teas and about 10 packs of pure sugar. The tea was nasty (tasted old) the sugar didn't help sweeten it at all. When Jamie finally came back by we had decided not to order and told Jamie the sugar didn't help the taste. He said to add more sugar, gave us a bill for the teas we didn't drink. We had used 3 packs for each glass already. This explains why businesses are shutting down...poor management and rude servers. You lost our business and that explains why the parking lot was empty!!! Showed up to enjoy a late night bite at 11pm when was unexpectedly surprised to approach locked doors when the establishment closes at 1am. Absolutely ridiculous.

Can only offer a single star as I ever got served by this establishment. Arrived at 11:03am to locked doors. (signs posted 11:00am open) This is a convenient place to dine whilst receiving auto service at the very many dealerships within walking distance. “No big deal,” I thought, “there’s a bench and I’m not starving.”At 11:18, having been passed by two employees arriving, the doors were never opened and I was never welcomed in. In fact, at 11:10ish, the muzak was even turned off.My guess is this location has changed it’s hours but has not changed the signage on their front door, take away door, nor their website. I further fathom the muzak was turned off to hold the staff Rundown that happens before a shift.

I've always enjoyed going to this location off Southern Blvd. Our server Haley was very attentive and checked up on us regularly to ensure we were satisfied with the service and the food when it came.

Food was okay ! I noticed that the pasta was warm and the chicken was actually hot . So I'm thinking the pasta wasn't fresh or it was sitting there waiting for the chicken to finish . I didn't want to complain so I just ate it . Draven was a great host ! And Richard was a great server . The customer service is probably the only reason I'll ever come back and maybe the drinks .

Service was okay. I think the waiter was been new or something because he was not familiar with the menu at all -- every single thing I ordered he wasn't sure if it was on the menu or had to look onto the menu with me while I repeated what it was called. I would not recommend the Mac and cheese with the chicken tenders. The glaze on the chicken tenders makes it all watery and sweet. Pretzels were pretty good but very salty (easily took off) and would have liked a mustard instead of a honey mustard with them. Cesar salad and chocolate cake were good!

This restaurant and is a joke and the management staff is full of liars. I ordered food through Applebee's and not a third party and when we went to pick it up we were told that the food was already picked up by somebody else who signed for the food that I paid for. We were told that the person who picked up the foods wife's name was the same as mine but nobosy confirmed what the total was. This means that when the person came the person who took the food out just handed them the food and did not confirm the identity. My full name is on the order and I'm pretty sure his wife's name is not the same as mine.That night the manager on duty claimed that he was going to give me a discount on the order and he was really sorry he doesn't know how it happened. A few days later instead of seeing the amount that I was charged go down I was charged an additional $4 because the person who they gave my food away to left a tip. I called the next morning and spoke to Mark who said that he was going to issue a full refund and that it should take 24hrs. Two days went by and I did not hear anything or receive a refund so I called again and spoke so another manager who confirmed that the refund was issued but it would take 3-5 business days. I waited another 6 days before calling again and speaking to EJ who informed me that a refund was never issued and that he was going to issue it and send me an email confirmation (which I never received). 3 more days went by and nothing changed so I called the store again and spoke to Mark,the original manager who told me he issued the refund. I ask him about the status of the refund and after being put on hold for almost 10 minutes he came back on the phone and told me that he has to call me back so he can find out what happened because he claims that the first time I called him he told EJ to issue the refund and now it is more than 7 days from the date that the order was placed so now he needs to get in touch with the other managers to see if he can pull up the order. They have given me the biggest runaround for an error that they made. If I did not have so many things on autopay on the card that was used I would call and report it as fraud but I do not want to go through the hassle of updating a new card. This is very disappointing. I will never be ordering from here or eating here in person again and recommend anybody else to do the same.

The service was outstanding. I had the onion rings, which were delicious, served with BBQ sauce, which was excellent. I ordered a steak, which arrived overcooked and was tough. I should have gotten the ribs instead. The restaurant was clean. The host who seated us was disinterested. Our waitress made up for him though. She was friendly and service was outstanding. I would definitely go back. But I’d skip the steak and order the ribs.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Had Tonia as a waitress and she came to us a total of three times during our visit. Manager is just standing in the back of the restaurant taking with other and NOT checking on her employees service. Sad to see a place with good food have such shity service.
