If I could give zero Stars I would. This place ripped me off royally. I ended my membership right before I went into the hospital for surgery. When I got out of rehab I noticed on my bank statement I was charged twice for memberships that I never authorized. Unfortunately by this time my bank said it was too late to get the money back and BJ's refused to give it back to me so I was out a good amount of money. They stole money from a disabled person and that's disgusting especially because I'm elderly as well and I never said they could take money from my bank account nor did I say I wanted to renew my membership when I canceled and gave them the card that they gave me as it was requested by the cashier at the time. Do not shop here do not become a member they will steal your money and they don't give a crap about you.

TIRE CENTER!!! The tire facility is a bad joke. They didn't do what I asked them to do about five years ago but went ahead and did what they wanted to without asking me. So I've avoided them (Tire Center} for that long. My wife needed tires and I looked on-line at their prices and they were good. On-line I couldn't see how to buy the tires and schedule the install, so I went in with a printout. I stood in the tire place for 15 minutes but nobody was inside and apparently the have no interest in finding out what a customer wants. So I went to the bays and asked for help inside. The guy there asked what I wanted. BUY Tires says I. When he got in there I handed him the printout from the on-line. He looked at it like it was a alien spacecraft. No clue. He gave me a list of tires in my size. By that time, I could see that it wasn't going to be happy experience so I left. So not happy with them five years ago and not impresses now. There is a tire place less than a mile south on the same road that is very professional and has excellent ratings on Yelp. That is where I ended up!

I love many things about BJs. It's a quicker in and out compared to other large grocery stores. I love the cash back with my card. Lots of great buys. I love the lamb chops and the organic chicken.

Store hours posted are wrong. I'm in the lot now after 9pm on a Saturday and they're closed.

Horrible, horrible store. My son who who has mental health challenges took a job there, I can't begin to tell you how horrible he was treated. He was racially discriminated. The store manager James k ew what was going on along with corporate and nothing was done to the dept manager. Unless your Spanish do NOT go to work there... people quit on a daily basis and corporate is aware and they do nothing. Horrible horrible place to work.

I went online and ordered a bed on May 17, 2021 (first order with BJ's) and after numerous phone calls and lots of excuses by BJ's phone staff, I found out today on June 11, 2021, that my order has been cancelled. Even though I waited on hold for 23 minutes, I did not get a clear explanation regarding why the order was cancelled and I have not gotten my money back. I did go online and found the email address of the VP and sent him an email regarding the fiasco with my order. I do not understand how they could do so much wrong with this simple order.

Opened up the 5% cash rewards credit card. When I found out it was 29% interest I said no I don't want this card same moment. This was in Nov. 2019. Comenity Bank keeps sending me a bill that renews my BJs membership. Only thing is I pay my membership with my debit card. Also , my Comenity credit card is closed. This raises two questions; 1- why is BJs charging a closed credit card account ( and my membership is current)? 2- why is Comenity Bank letting a vendor ( BJs) charge a closed account? They cannot answer. 5 months in a row and now I refuse to call Comenity or BJs because they are so incompetent and don't care. It's in the hands of the BBB now. BJs sucks Comenity Bank also

pick up service is horrible. no ever picks up the phone. you can sit over 30 minutes waiting for someone to bring out groceries. its ridiculous

This review started on Dec 28, 2020: The line goes almost all the way down the store to the meat market and it's a Monday after a holiday so I thought it would be a good day to go. When you get to the end of the line there is a woman who points and gives you the next register open to go to. I had been put on Denise's line. She was standing there looking up **every** single item that the customer was purchasing to see if there was a coupon for it! I realized what is happening and backed my cart out and ask the lady assigning check outs for a new line. I also asked Denise if she was aware there was a line they went all the way down there and she just gave me a dirty look and said "no she didn't realize that". I then asked for a manager and a supervisor at the front said that she could help me. When I told her what Denise was doing and holding up lines, the supervisor said to Denise that customers have to have their coupons ready or ask them step to the side. Denise said OK, supervisor walked away and Denise just continued to look up coupons for this customer as soon as the supervisor walked away. I called up after I left and asked to speak with a manager. He was a man and I forgot his name. I told him what happened and he said he would call them upstairs or up to the office and address it. NOW FOR TODAY 12/31/20 : I had to make a return from that last visit and buy some stuff. I walked into BJ's and Denise was walking out of the store and gets within 6 inches of my face and waves her hands in my face and says "Hi, so great to see you again" in a obnoxious, condescending almost taunting way. The **only** time I have ever seen or dealt with Denise was 2 days ago. I found that a bit disturbing. I finish my shopping then go wait on the line to make the return. While I was talking to the guy who was doing my return I asked for a store manager, not a supervisor. They had me speak with Yoselin M HR Manager. I told her what had happened and it was uncalled for her to approach me like that out side and I wished to cancel my membership and get reimbursed. Unfortunately, the return I made was put on a gift card as I forgot my receipt. Yoselin told me to go and get merchandise then come back up front to avoid lines and she would take care of me. AS I was turning away from Yoselin to get some items Denise walks right past me, waves in my face again, and says "Hi Sweetie" in also an arrogant, condescending tone. First off NEVER call me sweetie - like EVER. And I told Yoselin "Did you just hear that, Denise just walked by and again came up to me to say 'Hi Sweetie' Yoselin turned around the corner, saw Denise and told Denise something along the lines that you cant talk to customers that way. Denise said the exact same OK that she told the supervisor who asked her to have people have their coupons out. I am **shocked** beyond belief that an HR supervisor did not deal with this cashiers attitude towards a costumer in a better way. I was also never apologized to from HR or from Denise. I was reimbursed my BJ's membership cost and I will shop only at Costco from here on in.

BJ’s actually spreading disease. The receipt checker right before exit is touching everyone’s receipt and not washing or sanitizing his hands in between. He is waring gloves to may be protecting himself but the customers health is not protected.

Shopped at the Royal Palm Beach store this afternoon When we got in line to check out, there was a line of about 30 customers. We were ready to abandon our cart and go home. Incredibly, the young lady directing the line had us checked out and on our way home in less than fifteen minutes. She was gracious and professional as was our cashier Eric. All in all, a pleasant experience in these trying times! Thank you BJ's!

I have been a member for over 8 years at the SR7 441 location. The management has deteriorated, and BJ with this new system of digital coupons has jus made it worse. The digital coupons do not help the majority of members, and should be done away with.
