Recently ordered food from here through Uber eats , and the people who worked there argued with my driver because my driver told them they were missing 3 pizzas. It got very extreme to the point the manager stepped in to make the rest of my order and when I finally received my order one pizza was still missing. I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided to me.

Edit update: the quality of this location has gone down. This is the second time where I’m unhappy with my order. The first time I let it slide because I figured it was a fluke. Last time they didn’t add that many vegetables, they didn’t add my requested drizzle and they slightly burned the pizza. This time it’s the same thing, except there’s a whole section where there are no vegetables whatsoever and there’s not much throughout. I don’t like my pizza well done and I didn’t select it either on checkout but my second pie looks burned. You can taste the burnt taste when eating it. I didn’t realize until after I got home and I live a good half hour away from them. I don’t know if I’ll continue ordering from here anymore.Amazing pizza!

I gave a 3 star because the food is great—I love it but the gross part is that there is a piece of gum stuck under the paper plate. Here is how it looks like. It’s so gross that I got a little mad. But at least the pizza is good.

Do not order for delivery they do not cut the pizzas and the manager states she cant do refunds and refers you to call the delivery company in which was door dash and door dash stated the pizzas were delivered and we cant refund you. Who in the world wants to eat an uncut pizza!!

They really need to be more sanitary. Restrooms were disgusting. The tables were all dirty from multiple people eating on them without being cleaned. The area from were the food was stored was a mess. Smeared food all around the counters. Everything there seemed to be used without any cleaning being done to it. I normally go to the Boca location so I was very surprised when I walked into this. I really hope this location improves and cleans. I would like to continue to go there. I’ll give it another try in hopes my review will help.

Went for lunch right when they opened at 11am. The place was dead with no guests or lines. The lady who took my order also made my pizza and cashed out my order.I had never been to a Blaze Pizza before and think it's basically a coal-fire pizza place that has similar strategy as a Starbucks and car dealership service department.You start by picking a pizza. The specialty pizzas are $11. They ask if you want regular thin crust or thick crust, but don't tell you it's $3 more for thick crust unless you ask. Then they ask if you want any other toppings, but don't tell you it costs more unless you ask.Next they place it in a cool looking flame oven and move it around a couple times, take it out, and ask if you want any special drizzles (those are free). So it's basically a little bit of a hip or trendy show. The whole process took at most 5 minutes from order to checkout.The pizza was delicious, but the crust is almost paper thin. I ate the whole pizza in a couple minutes and would say it's the equivalent of maybe 2 slices of Papa Johns pizza. The toppings were good and in particular I liked the meatball topping on the meat pizza.WIth tip it costed around $12.50 which is more than I usually pay for an XL Papa Johns Pizza, so I probably won't go anymore just for financial reasons.

Today was our first time coming to Blaze Pizza. The concept is great. We didn't know how it worked so kind of just winged it. The staff wasn't very helpful..but it is OK we know better for the next time. The pizza was good. Had to wait a while for the cheesy bread we ordered. They gave ours to someone else. So had to make ours once we told them we never got it. A lot of people working but the dining area was messy, Tables were not wiped.
After shopping nearby, we were ready for a touch of lunch. We've been to other restaurants in this chain, so decided to have some pizza here.As we entered the restaurant, we saw their signs for their "new" meatball appetizer, and it piqued our interest. We wound up ordering the meatballs and a pizza to share.The meatballs were not cooked in the oven or reheated in front of us -- as we thought they would be. Instead, they were taken out of a large pot behind the counter and plated. They were just okay. And we both agreed that now that we had tried them, we would not order them again in the future.The pizza was a much better experience. We were sharing and they were nice enough to do the pizza with different sauces and toppings on each half. I really liked my white pizza with bacon and mushrooms, and he enjoyed his tomato sauce one. And it was just the right size to share.They weren't busy when we stopped by so we had fairly fast service. And there's plenty of free parking right outside the store. I'm glad we came here. Now we know where to stop for a quick meal.

First time. The business is run very well. The line moved fast. The employees were friendly. The food was delicious. We had a signature pizza called Art Lover and Meat Lover. We will be back.
