Went there this morning i was the only one on drive thru and received the wrong order asked for bacon egg and cheese croissant and got a ham egg and cheese one the food is nice and but drive thru gotta get it together ☺️??

Im not usually the person to come and leave reviews specially on fast food locations. I understand if you are understaffed , i worked in the food industry for a while. It shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes to get change back.. manager as well with her staff were talking loud where i could hear their conversation from my car. Might want to fix that :)

I stop at this Burger King frequently because I have to spend over an hour and half in the car with 3 little ones. I always get this amazing and pleasant young lady, I believe her name Darneshia Thomas. She's always patient with me as my kids change their minds a million times. She doesn't give me any attitude when I ask for napkins and extra stuff for the kids. I wish all fast food employees were like her. Burger King needs to be thankful they have her !
Breakfast burrito, I normally get McDonald's breakfast burritos and that's the only thing I will eat from McDonald's. Today for the first time in over five years, I tried Burger King's again. I can tell you I will definitely will be back! It had a couple of crowns in plus a whole sausage patty sliced in half with a huge portion of egg and some kind of sauce. It all went together Perfect! My hashbrowns and sausage, egg and cheese croissant were also very good. I haven't had great luck with food in the past couple of years at this location. Its been disappointing because it's only three minutes from my house and I love Burger King!The manager or employee that waited on me was super friendly. He explained the online ordering procedure with drive-through pick up. I never knew that they actually track your phone and when it's five minutes away they start your order so it's fresh when you get there. I didn't give it five stars because after you place the order it doesn't give you a time that your food will be ready nor does it explain the tracking part. I applaud the workers that put everything together today!

My order totaled over $40, so it wasn't just a burger. That's a lot of money for fast food. I went in to order. The girl that took my order was not personable and seemed upset that I was bothering her by placing an order with her. The order was wrong and when I told her, she was rude with no apology. She also made a comment about me to another employee. I took my food home because I did not feel comfortable eating there. I live within a mile of this location and I will never order from them again. My family will never order from them and I will tell all my friends to also avoid this Burger King.
