Today we bought a strawberry sunday the cup full of Vainilla ice cream witn ONE strawberry at top only!! No strawberry at bottom, at side.. nothing!!! I never come back to this store!!!They should train the people who work there. The other ice creams were a disaster. We always have ice cream at Carvel but first time in that location. I will not come back!!!???

Went in to buy ice-cream but decided to use their bathroom first....I stood outside that bathroom over 15 minutes and could hear a conversation going on inside ... I knocked several times with no response.... Shortly after an employee walked out holding her cell... I let her know that what she did was rude...After finally ordering the ice-cream a young worker asking what happened? I explained and asked for the mgrs. name...His final response was "you should be more patient." This young man was out of linethat that remark... Hello, the employee used the bathroom as a phone booth and made everyone wait. Two insults in one visit. Good help is hard to find........

Good ice cream, ordered online and saw no problem in receiving my order. However, when opening the ice creams, there’s usually a little paper with their logo covering the hole. No paper. For sanitary reasons, it should be added. The ice cream was also filled halfway, which should not be that way when paid 25 in total. Just add the amount customers pay for.

I walked in around noon on a Sunday and the manager was on her phone- clearly a personal call. She didn't even acknowledge me. Rather, after we made eye contact she turned and walked into the back. I left. If my business isn't wanted, I won't beg or chase. I happened to be back in the plaza later and saw another young man in there. I went in, ordered and he was lovely. I asked him who was there before him and he said his manager. I told him the story and he said he would pass my message along to her. Who walks out from the back two seconds later, the manager- ON HER PHONE- AGAIN!!!! I don't know who the owner is, or who her boss is, but the boss needs to know that she doesn't have the best interest of the customers, or the business. Her work ethic, customer service and attitude are severely lacking. The young man was great and I've been in there when other young people have been there and they have all been good. This was not my first poor impression of her. I want the owner to notice. So I'm giving a super low rating because of her- she is the manager, and needless to say, I'm not a fan of hers.
Really bad experience today. They gave me the bare minimum. Frequently out of toppings. Today I asked for peanut butter cups and there was just chocolate shaving remnants and the server didn't even offer to refill it before serving me. Disappointing.

Carvelance is my deepest obsession!! I have one literally almost every night. I’m surprised I’m not obese…yet… some employees make it just right while others are a bit off and unenthusiastic about working ??♀️ either way it’s delicious and a must try! I have the vanilla with chocolate crunchies yummmm

Super friendly and helpful staff. The cake I ordered for my daughters birthday was beautiful, I noticed the flowers were smashed by the box lid when I went to pick it up, but figured I could deal with it. Sadly, when I went to remove the cake to sing happy birthday the top of the cake came off. Thankfully it was just a small family celebration and not a big birthday party. Disappointed!!!
