Do not go to this Dunkin donuts if you need to get to work on time. I spent 29 mins in the drive thru with about 10 cars behind me. You finally get to the window and it takes them FOREVER to respond. The whole experience took about 40mins for a coffee and donut!!! Like that's uncalled for. I've been to many Dunkin donuts and this one is the WORST!!

It’s like there is no manager , just kids without direction , The days of ordering a coffee are gone , because nothing is simple anymore. At least for these employees.After constantly repeating the order to the cashier, we still only end up with three out of five orders we hadIt was only 10 minutes later, they realize they were missing the itemsThe only advice I can give to the manager to probably want to train the employees on how to make a simple, cup of coffee.And just may be hire employees that have a senses of basic logic, and basic listening skillsFor a second I thought we were on a canon camera show

I went to the drive thru and it had a sign advertising medium refreshers for $2. I get to the window and the young man there says the drive thru register was not working and he had to take my phone to the counter register to scan my rewards code, stupid now that I think about it. Who let's a stranger walk off with their phone. He brings me the phone back. He gives me the drink and I give him a $5. He gives me a dollar and some change back. I said the refresher is advertised for $2. He says the register can't scan the drink for $2. I said why you didn't say that when you took my order. He said he's sorry, what horrible customer service. I will no longer use this location.

Placed a Mobile order, bacon topped avocado toast and a garden veggie toasted everything bagel. Neither was toasted, then the “toast” didn’t have bacon. The bagel had barely any cream cheese on it only enough for one of the halves and it was plain cream cheese. Worst dunkin I’ve been too.

Today my doughnut was fresh. My thing is if you notice all these comments that was made in here, I haven't seen no response back. Have anyone noticed that or it just me. At least respond back to our comments and apologize. I mean not one response. The question is are they checking them. Come on tighting up.

They never mess up my order, but they are THE SLOWEST service EVER! I have to put my car in park waiting to pay and waiting for my order.

I placed a mobile order at 12:13 p and walked in around 12:20p. My food was not ready and you could see that they were short staffed. There were only two employees. I waited until 12:33 to get my food. Upon eating the first bite, my food was cold on the inside. I then had to go back inside. He tried to remake my food by cutting it in half and rewarming it, but it had gotten messy, so he was putting it inside of a munchkins box. He said that he would need his manager to do a refund. Because I didn't really want to eat the food that was now a mess. So I asked for another sandwich. 35 minutes total for my food. Whoever owns this location is not taking care of thier employees. At least at least close down one channel so they can manage better. Close down the café or close down the drive-through since there's only two people on staff so they can manage the business better. Also, there should always be somebody on duty that can offer refunds in a situation like this. If anything mobile ordering should've been disabled. Take care of your employees so that they can better take care of the customers. Also training employees to at least apologize when there is a long wait time the normal or if the quality of the food is compromised.

Whoever the franchise owner to this location is, get your house in order. Look at the other reviews here in the last 6 months. Supply is negligent and service is substandard. The Wellington/RPB/Lake Worth communities have other options and we are exercising them because of your current staff.
