I bought a waffle parfait from other Jamba juices, and this is sad hardly any coconut whip. The protein shake was good, other wise I would of done 1 star. I even asked the person giving me my order if that's how it's supposed to look and she said yeah. Paying $17 for what I got is a joke.

I got the chocolate peanut butter moo’d and I instantly regretted it. It’s so sweet (I have literally never said that about a smoothie or a shake.) You can only taste the peanut butter (barely). I had to ask the guy if he actually added the chocolate because I could not taste it at ALL! The smoothie looked more vanilla than chocolate. He said he added it but honestly, I can’t tell. I went back in after taking a few sips to see if they could make it less sweet because I couldn’t take it anymore. The guy told me literally all of their smoothies are that sweet except for the vanilla blue sky. I had to throw the whole thing away because it was so disgusting. I usually go to smoothie king. Their chocolate peanut butter shake actually tastes like a chocolate peanut butter shake and it’s never that sweet. This was my first time at a Jamba Juice. I’m so disappointed.

I was appaled today at what I can only describe as bullying by employees at this location. There was an employee that was taking orders and making smoothies while two other girls stayed in the back and were very loudly making comments about her. I must say I was impressed that she was still able to do her job and give excellent customer service with this going on. I think management should take a look into this ridiculous behavior. It is behavior that is unacceptable and shouldn't be witnessed by customers. I give the location 1 star but the lone employee 5 ?

Took 40 minutes to get my mobile order that was supposed to take 10 minutes. The room was packed with people who were waiting for their order. Everyone was understandably angry because, like myself, they'd been waiting for an order that shouldn't have taken that long to fulfill. Staff didn't seemed all that bothered that they were behind; no apology or explanation given for the delay. I had to remind them twice what my order was before they finally made it. Never coming back!

Healthy menu choices. Store is clean and the staff is friendly. We tried the breakfast sandwiches. They tasted good, but are kinda small.

It would be nice if added to the menu was a smoothie that is more vegetable oriented. Only carrying kale is not enough. Too much fruit, (sugar).

Haven't had a Jamba shake in years. Stumbled in here and was pleasantly surprised by how much the menu has changed and all the option available now. My cashier was friendly and knowledgeable, offered good selections for me. The store was clean and inviting. I feel like they lack a few ingredients that I enjoy at other smoothie places but my shake was good, made well, and good size for the price. Oh, unlike other smoothie places, they offer 3 sizes, which I like.

I tried Jamba Juice for the first time, and I’m glad I did! I highly recommend the Peanut Butter Moo’d. So creamy, thick, and decadent. I got a large, but medium would’ve probably sufficed - didn’t realize how filling they are. I ordered through their mobile app, and it was ready when I came by. Great stuff!

Horrible customer service, very bad. The shift lead told her employees to lie to the customers in front of the customers. They had people sitting there for 40 minutes waiting for a smoothie. The store needs an actual manager there, extremely unprofessional even if you are just serving smoothies. The shift “ lead” then proceeded to hassle a kid that was waiting for 40 minutes, his dad came in to help him get a refund and the shift lead questioned the kid if the gentleman trying to get a refund was really his dad. Are you kidding me?? I have a video of it. The owner of this particular Jamba needs to take a closer look at what’s going on at this store. Take a page out of jamba boca why don’t you. As I was leaving she then proceeded to tell another paying customer that there was no clean blenders and smoothies won’t be available for at least 30 minutes. This Jamba is a joke.

I enjoy getting smoothies at Jamba. It prevents me from making stupid decisions that involve ordering fast food. This Jamba location is close to Orange Theory so it's great to go afterwards if I need something thirst quenching. Generally, I go for the plant-based smoothies with the kale, but also like the antioxidant one that gives me a good boost if I'm feeling a little under the weather. The peanut butter ones are good if I want to indulge. Additionally, they have some solid pretzels that I like to enjoy if I want to carb up. Their breakfast sandwiches are ok as well.
