I've made two separate visits here, unfortunately there won't be a third. It's definitely a feeling of quantity over quality. The menu is large, and everything I've had has been okay. Nothing tremendous. I did have some seriously overcooked edamame. The robot waiter is cute. I don't see it as a good value at $29 a person plus beverage.

For the most part it was an enjoyable experience. My wife ordered the bacon shrimp rolls. After an hour waiting and my wife going to the waitress we found out that they didn't have it that night. My question is after asking at 30 minutes where the dish was, and then again at 45 minutes why were we not told that this particular dish was unavailable on this evening. No communication between kitchen and wait staff. Does not look good. Doubt we will be returning.

We really love Koizi. We eat here several times a month. I've been a bit unimpressed with the service and food quality in the last couple months, though. Not sure what changed, but we started getting more noodles that seemed tough and undercooked and more fried dishes that were dripping with oil. And that was never the case before. We still go all the time but we just avoid those dishes and stick with the sushi, which is very good.

I just want to start off by saying my server was really sweet and very attentive. The food, however, was just not up to par and I’ve had way better sushi rolls, and hibachi. I would recommend wiping down the soy sauce and Sriracha bottles daily because they were super sticky and had dried product on it. The condiment caddy could be replaced. It was rusty. I would not recommend And would not return.

Best endless buffet ever! You don't even have to get out of your seat. Everything here is cooked to order, they give you menus and you sit down to enjoy your tike as they bring you whatever your heart desires. The food is always amazing and the service it great!

When you are seated, they only offer the all you can eat menu. If one person at your table orders from that menu, the whole table has to have the all you can eat menu. You have to pry it out of them, there is an al la carte option. The food was blah. Had to return my salad because it was brown. Calamari and the dumpling appetizers weren't good. My teriyaki chicken and fried rice were bland. My cucumber juice was good. Maybe the sushi is better. Our server was pleasant but busy, it seemed that it was only him and the robot on shift that night.

Don't order delivery! The restaurant packed the hot food in the same bag as the sushi, which should be served chilled. During the hour long delivery time, the fried rice cooled to barely warm, and the sushi was all warm.I think they use cheap, generic white rice, not basmati or jasmine.
