Decent, not great bagels but they make the cardinal sin of not respecting the schmear. Like the tomato to cream cheese ratio went in the wrong direction. Would try again but not running back any time soon

I like the food here. I wish there was consistency with the people that take the order for that food. Not sure why some can get it right and others cant. My order today was messed up today very disapointed. Only thing I learned is to never call in an order. I even stated my order 3 times and it still came out wrong.

First time here. I thought this was a deli but it's a sandwich shop that also sells a fairly good assortment of bagels.One item ordered was a pastrami Reuben. The sandwich was served open faced which made it difficult to put together to eat as a sandwich. Also I got corned beef rather than pastrami.Been to many delis and you can also buy meats and cheeses there sliced to order.Disappointed with the meal and the fact that it isn't a true deli

I'm amazed this place is not packed full, slammed. We buy bagels at least twice a month from Makeb's and they are delicious. they make fresh bagels every morning and there as good as any bagel place you've ever been in. I like the everything bagel but I sometimes get an onion. My wife likes the Russian bagel, but sometimes she just gets a sesame. We have never been disappointed. Stop in, buy one and you will see, you'll come back time and time again.

Food is excellent staff is very friendly. The so called ambiance is not there but it is a lunch spot. It's clean convenient never kept waiting.
I was heading to the Chinese restaurant when I saw Makeb's. Decided a nice bagel and cream cheese would be nice. The place is pretty large. There weren't a lot of people inside. Only one other customer enjoying a coffee. The girl at the counter was very friendly, exceptionally friendly actually. Two other young ladies were preparing sandwiches and dishes for the to go orders. My coffee was hot and tasty. The bagel I had was filled with cream cheese and was freshly baked that morning. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely go back again and try one of their wonderful omelettes or egg sandwiches. The prices were a little high, but in this economy what are you gonna do?

I found this bagel spot on the map and it had 4 stars so we figured we would give it a try. Walking in it seems kind of bare and a little messy but the food looked good so it wasn’t really an issue. The menu was also a little confusing and the woman at the counter seemed mad when I didn’t understand what type of egg sandwich I wanted. Furthermore, the prices aren’t listed so I wasn’t really sure what I was getting into. Overall when we got the food though it was pretty good even though it was a bit pricey. I’d say try Makebs’ if you are in West Palm Beach but I think I might pass the next time we are here.

Excited to explore this area, we dropped into Makeb's for breakfast on-the-go, but decided to stay and eat. Workers were quiet and busy. Would be helpful to understand the menu better. We ordered 2 breakfast bagel sandwiches and coffee. Paid and waited 15 entire minutes for our order to be ready. This place had a heavy flow of customers in and out for breakfast. When we got our food and self-serve coffee, we sat down and ate. Food was definitely fresh, 3 solid stars. But there were no additional flavors, sauces, spices added to our sandwiches. Dry and bland. Food to sustain but would love some flavor. Or even mayo or spreads. This place was a no-fluff type of breakfast place. Don't expect more than just ingredients cooked up and served. Normally a great place, but sometimes the employees do what they want with your order. I order 2 sandwiches and a dozen Bagels early this morning for my family. I was asked if I wanted my Bagels sliced, I said no. When I got home all 12 were sliced and toasted. I am very disappointed :(
