I've watched this place go down hill over the years but tonight took the cake I placed an order on door dash, waited the hour for my delivery and when it was supposed to be delivered they CANCELED MY ORDER so I sent my son there and they told us they only had 1 cook and were too busy to fulfill our dinner order......TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE - I'VE BEEN GOING THERE SINCE IT OPENED & USED TO GO TO THEIR PARENTS RESTAURANT. IVE NEVER SEEN THE SERVICE THIS BAD!

I've been ordering from Mario's for YEARS. But tonight we ordered and I heard my mother give the complete order. Well, whenever we got there the lady said she didn't hear my mother order the Mediterranean Chicken Salad. She was very rude about it. SO my mother asked, ok well can we get one. The lady said it would be another 45 minutes to get one.That's not how you restaurant. FIRST, why did you get rid of the nice lady who used to take the orders? This new lady is clueless, and rude.We once ordered a pasta bolognese and she had no clue what it was, and couldn't pronounce it when she asked whoever if they had it on the menu. Learn the menu.I've worked in restaurants for many years and they should have made us the salad on the fly. 45 minutes for a salad? You're putting the order in the back of the line? Seriously? When YOU messed up. Either way, whether the lady heard my mother or not, this should have been handled professionally and not turn into a fight of who is wrong and who is right. Isn't the customer always right? Or does Mario's just lack that quality customer service?Also, we won't EVER be coming back to this place. Plus, the salad greens were all rotten (on the side salads)This place used to be so great, but is slowly going downhill. Fire the chick taking orders. You know the one, the older lady with the attitude. She's rude and not doing your business any favors.-unhappy used-to-be customer.

Very nice cheeses, the ricotta cheese was delicious . We had a scampi and bolognese both were excellent , the portions were large enough for two. I’ll go back again.

Worst food I have ever gotten from here. Thought something was wrong when a piece of my chicken marsala was 5x darker then the others and tasted like burnt oil plus the sauce had barely any flavor then the icing on the cake was the cannolis..... not only did 2 of them taste completely sour, only the very ends had barely a dollop of filling that just fell out when picked up. Horrible experience for a $60 dinner for 2...

I met this owner when he first moved to RPB.. i say i hav eaten here basically every month when i lived closer. I live 45 minutes from them now and plan on getting some today!! I eat out alot!! This is the best authentic Italian Meal!!

I hadn't been here yet and went tonight for the first time as the UPS store in on the same strip mall area. Stuffed shrimp was the best I've had in 10 Yrs. Here or Long Island New York. The chickens palm was folk cut tender with out a bad piece in all the cutlet. Stuffed shells were creamy smooth inside and were great as well. Going back to try a few more things but so far it was a great find and only a mile away.

They make the best lasagna I ever had. Their eggplant is fabulous. Their salads are always fresh (try the roasted garlic dressing) and all of their portions are so generous that you'll have leftovers every time. Truly a gem in our community. The staff is always courteous and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The desserts are really good also. I like the cannolis and the brownies. Everything is always fresh and beyond tasty. I try to go at least once a week. Definitely call ahead for takeout because everything is made to order and takes time.

This used to be my favorite Italian restaurant, the food was amazing but not anymore. Not sure if they changed owners or have a new cook , but the food is now very bland and tasteless. It's a shame that such a good place went down!

Boy has this place gone downhill. We used to eat here all the time a couple of years ago. It’s too bad how terrible this experience was. As soon as we walked in we were told the bathrooms didn’t work. Then the ac quit working. The server forgot our salads and we waited 45 minutes for our appetizers. Then they messed up our order and later messed it up again and brought out the wrong food. The cook and the server were arguing back and forth and all my wife and I wanted to do was get out of there. This place is absolutely horrible. It’s a shame because we used to love the food there. We will NEVER return. You can’t go to a worse place. It won’t be around long. Absolutely no leadership or management whatsoever.

We catered our wedding from Mario Bros and everything was amazing! So many compliments on the food! It was delivered on time, fairly priced and great communication! Highly recommend!

Ordered Lasagna,It was noodles & meat sauce,I asked the server if this was lasagna he said yes! This is not the way you make lasagna. I will not be going back.Taste so bad,I couldn't eat it.
