Rarely do I get McDonald’s but when I do I’d expect a simple 2 item order to be correct (mcChicken plain , McDouble only cheese) confirmed twice everything on the screen is correct but get home and get two extra mayo mcChickens. I’m assuming the current employees at that McDonalds do not read English well.

Despite the lengthy drive-through line, the service was efficient and the staff provided excellent customer service, ensuring all condiments were available with my order. However, the food quality left much to be desired. The fries were lukewarm, the nuggets rubbery and also not hot. This trend continued with the second meal, indicating consistently poor quality! Total waste of time and money!!

So apparently they stopped saying the ice cream machine isn't working anymore, now they say they ran out of ice cream they havent had ice cream for about 3 weeks now, I know they're lying they just don't want to do the work or clean the machine at night, it's giving lazyyyy hire people that actually want to do their jobs and serve customers

It's absurd, this McDonald's. If you want your food on time, you might as well call a day in advance—even then, it might not be fresh. Rather than assigning tasks to the 1000 employees who labor around the clock to expedite orders, the manager, a Spanish national, is more focused on how she appears. Given how backed up the drive-through was, I thought I was headed to a car show when I pulled into the parking lot. Furthermore, there is never any ice there, so don't even bother asking for it.

I paid nine dollars and change for a McDouble meal that included a large fry and a large drink, but I can't recall the precise quantity I received. I paid five dollars for a large fry and drink, although the menu price for the meal is $3.29. That's absurd. I asked for a receipt, and she replied to open the next window. When I did, I looked for what I thought was a receipt, so I said okay, but when I went home, I discovered it was just a receipt for a meal order with no prices on it. I'll never come here again because I could have paid the same amount for a quarter-pound lunch.

I came here for lunch after dealing with the mess that I created at Taco Bell next door. Excellent food and service! The meal was meant to go in my mouth and not all over the inside of my car.

I drove in to get a hot coffee and a sausage biscuit. It was a line through the drive-thru but it was very quickly. The employee at the window was courteous and nice.

Food was hot instead of cold which is a miracle because most of the time it is Luke warm to cold when I get. Staff definitely gets a big thumbs up at least the morning staff does I go for breakfast more then anything else.
