WORSE SERVICE/WAIT STAFF/MANAGER EXPERIENCE EVER ... Sunday, November 26, 2023, Check No. 1676794, Table 718, 2:23 pm, OCEAN ONE, 11111 SOUTHERN BLVD., ROYAL PALM BEACH, FLA.: We arrived for Lunch at 1:00pm, requested seating outside. We were shown to the table. Waited 20 minutes for Server, then was told Special Pork advertised out front on signage and confirmed by person who seated us , SELECTION IS NOT AVAILABLE, we can only order from the Menu Card we were given. We asked for a minute. Server brought our drinks and 20 minutes later with the Sprite my Daughter-In-Law ordered arrived only 3/4 full, we were able to place our order and waited and waited so long that my Daughter-In-Law wanted to order another Sprite . My Daughter-In-Law had to get up and go inside the restaurant at which point another Server was kind enough to bring out a refill. full this time, even though we weren't her table. Our food arrived 20 minutes later delivered by yet another different person. No silverware! The Chicken Sandwich was cold. My Daughter-In-Law once again had to go inside the restaurant to get silverware from yet another waitstaff. Waiter never returned to our table. We finished our food and waited again for 20 minutes for Take Home Boxes and Check. This time I went inside to request boxes and check. Our Waiter was standing doing nothing and ignored me. I went up to him and made my request. He told me he was not permitted to wait on tables by order of the Manager. I requested to speak with the Manager. Spoke with the Manager, she said she had a situation going on with this Wait Staff. I requested boxes once again and our check, she gave me boxes. She offered a Credit for our next visit in response to the bad service we received. I went back to our table outside and waited again for our check and credit. Nothing for another 20 minutes. Ignored again. I went back in the restaurant again and spoke with a different Waitstaff and requested yet again our check. He looked for and had on him our check? At this point the Manager came over from another table to assist. I told her I was very disappointed in her remedy and service since she didn't follow through as we discussed with our check and a credit. THE ENTITE DINING EXPERIENCE ... ARRIVE 1:00 pm DEPART 2:30pm. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT LOCATION. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We were hesitant on trying this place because the prices are cheap and the reviews were just meh. I'm glad we did, will definitely be back!We sat outside because it was a rare nice day. Our server came right over and was super friendly, making recommendations on drinks and apps.The server recommended the calamari and even though I wasn't really hungry, I do love calamari so we tried it. It was really good, crisp and not greasy. The sauce was different than a marinara, like a garlicky duck sauce. I had the Mediterranean wrap with shrimp and it was a good size with a decent amount of shrimp. Hubby had the chicken sandwich and he really enjoyed it. Both came with fries.Mind you, everything is $5.99 (extra to add shrimp to the wrap) and drinks are 3 for $11. They are smaller drinks but still a good deal for $11. All in all we had a great meal with a couple of cocktails for an extremely reasonable price.

The host & runners were great. The food... not so much. You had to ask different Staff for items that NEVER came. Ordered chicken wings that ONLY came with Buffalo sauce! Never heard of such a thing! Asked for mayo, tartar sauce & had to pay extra for it. My friend found ceramic or some other foreign matter in her food. The manager was very apologetic & comped the meal. Our server seemed put out & frustrated. The low prices are NOT worth the add on for other items.

12 pmThursday October 26 ,20233 personsOceans one bar and grille certainly has the best lunch value at 5.99 and three drinks for 11.00 .I got together with some friends and had a very nice lunch . We ordered the veggie wrap , quesadilla and the sirloin burger . Drinks were chocolate martini , cosmo martini . After the second one, we definitely felt the buz . The food was perfectly tasty and the service was on spot .We met some veterans and it was a nice chat . Come and check them out . Plenty of parking spots around the building.

My Husband and I went here on a Friday evening around 6:00pm, the DJ was just setting up.The inside outdoor seating was almost empty, I thought it was odd for a Friday evening.The waitress reccomend the Tequila Lime Shrimp which were okay. I ordered the Salmon with a Garlic Butter Sauce with Wontons and Spinach.The sauce tasted like Vanilla pudding and Salmon well overcooked.I asked to speak to a Manager to provide feedback, her explanation was a new cook. I explained to her that we were looking for a new place to try and a good meal after aong week. She really didn't seem surprised or bothered.Needless to say, I definitely wouldn't recommend or go back.

Well, what can I say about this place. 1st, I really wanted to rate this place a 2 1/2 star, but that option is not available. I've tried a few items on their menu, and so far, only the wings are my go-to. Don't ask for the blue cheese it does not taste right, has an off taste to it, and smells weird. Stick with the ranch or eat them plain how they come. The service is nothing special either. You should ask for all the things you before your waiter leaves, or it will take a minute until they return. Atmosphere is not all that grand nothing really different about it but they do have a good amount of TV for viewing. I could see this being a good Saturday or Sunday football place for cheap lunch wings, and that my only other good opinion about this place.

Tasty food and strong drinks at an unbeatable price. I've had the tacos, fish and chips, chicken Parm, tuna salad, and salmon salad (over multiple visits lol). Everything was great except the salmon salad I wouldn't order again. Overall this place exceeds expectations and I will continue to return!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We made reservations for 8pm .When we got there at our reservation time they said that last call was at 7, and decided to close early cause it was slow night, even though the server admitted they usually stay open later than the time they were closing. It also states online they stay open until midnight. If I could give them a negative star I would.They lost 2 customers this very night , but thanks for the favor. I enjoy myself, the service, and food and drinks at world of beer!

I recommended Ocean One to friends because of their $5.99 lunch specials. They stopped in for lunch and had a small group just over 6 people. They told them that they could not pay separate for themselves because they had a group over 6 people. This is just plain d**** It is even dumber than their 3 drinks for $11.00. You cannot order 3 drinks for that price and share with others. You need a magnifying glass to read the terms for that special on the very bottom of the menu. We will never recommend again to anyone.
Stopped here because heard great things about the one in Delray Beach.Never will be back.Waiter was very kind and attentive and did no wrong.The restaurant was very dirty, floors, tables, walls.The music was not restaurant friendly and even had curse words in it.Food was tolerable but not the best.I will not be back.I suggest, bring in the owner and fix this establishment.

Was working in the area and stopped in for some lunch. I sat at the bar. It was pretty slow about 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I grabbed the salmon salad , fried calamari and Michelob ultra. The salmon salad and the calamari were part of the $5.99 lunch special . The Michelob ultra in a 12 oz bottle was only $3.50. The calamari was crispy , tender and came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. The Salmon was cooked well and the vinaigrette had a nice flavor. MJ my bartender / server was friendly and offered good service. The place is very big inside and there's plenty of outdoor seating.

Overall, my son and I love this place Great food, price and service….. what more could anyone as for? Having said that, hands down Lisa (the manager) is the absolute best at customer service. Last Friday I went in for a late lunch and went to the bar to request a No named customized non- alcoholic drink… I just knew what I liked: mint flavored, lime and a splash of cranberry. Well, I guess I’m this day. The bartender was having an off day. He was super difficult and told me he could not make my drink if I don’t know the name of it. I gave up trying to tell him what ingredients I liked and return to being seated at my table. the next thing I knew, Lisa came over and hadn’t made a specialized drink for me after overhearing the exchange between the bartender, and I. She made me feel so affirmed and taken care of. It’s now a week later and I’ve returned to the bar to place a take out order. I’m being served by Elijah. She offered the best service that I would’ve expected . Will definitely return!
