Ordered from this place and got the smallMac and cheese. I am not lactose tolerant however, after eating the Mac and cheese, later that day I developed horrible stomach pain and diarrhea. Would not recommend to eat their Mac and cheese.Other than that, the place was nice and the service was on par.

Spent $35 on 2 You-pick two’s, both with 1/2 of a caesar salad and a broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl. First, both my partner and I’s utensils were dirty and then received a new set which was also dirty. The salad was okay but the issue was with the broccoli cheddar “bread bowl”, there was no bowl. Both of our bowls had maybe 4 spoonfuls of soup in them, which was disappointing to say the least. Definitely not worth the money or time spent on this establishment. Safe to say we won’t be back.

Our visit to Panera Bread in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, left us impressed with a mix of tried-and-true favorites and a new discovery. We ordered the recently introduced flatbread pizza and our usual "You Pick Two" combo, featuring the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich on toasted Asiago Three Cheese Bread paired with Tomato Soup. The food exceeded our expectations - the flatbread pizza, an unexpected delight, showcased Panera's versatility beyond the usual fare. The Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and Tomato Soup, our reliable choices, were as satisfying as ever. The restaurant itself contributes to a positive dining experience. It's well-maintained, and the seating options include various nooks, providing a cozy and versatile environment. Whether you're looking to study, grab a quick bite, or engage in conversation, Panera Bread offers a comfortable space. The pleasant atmosphere and quality food make it a place we look forward to returning to.

In 1987 Ken and Linda Rosenthal founded the St. Louis Bread Company which was purchased by Au Pain in 1993. In 1997 Au Pain changed its name to Panera which means bread basket in Spanish. Today there are over 2,000 locations of this bakery cafe chain. Panera sells a wide range of bakery items, artisan bread, coffee, smoothies, soups, salads, and sandwiches.Whenever I am in the mood for comfort food I think Panera. Sandwiches, salads, and soups are my favorite kind of lunch. I was in the Southern Palm Crossing Shopping Plaza around lunch and as soon as I saw Panera I started craving their broccoli cheddar soup. I stopped in and had a bowl with the combination half bowl of the Asian Chicken Chopped Salad. I got it with bread but if you are watching the carbs they will sub out for an apple. I really enjoy Panera's You Pick Two where you mix and match a half bowl of soup, salad, or sandwich. Their bakery has all kinds of delicious looking pastries for dessert. I always find Panera to be a great option for a quick, inexpensive, and healthy meal. Be sure and sign up for their rewards for extra saving.

We tried the new breakfast sandwich on the cinnamon crunch bagel and found it to be absolutely delicious!

The food is always great here and very consistent, to start. I’m writing this review to praise the manager, Mattie, for helping me with a delivery issue I had. I ordered Delivery through the Panera website and I’m aware they use a third party platform, Doordash, to deliver. My food was marked as delivered and never arrived, so I contacted Panera to see what could be done. Mattie helped me out by contacting Doordash from their end and having another driver sent out to re-deliver the food. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they made sure to contact Doordash on my behalf. My food was delivered quickly and I appreciate how quick Mattie was in resolving my issue.

Aside from astronomical prices beyond the staff's control this place is very strange with young irrational staff. My first attempt was at night while visiting on business. Dining room was basically empty and employee starts vacuuming right at my feet while I'm eating instead of all the empty space! No manager around to tell. Decide to give it another try following day, my mistake. As line is growing, 2nd counter employee leaves register to bus 1 table. After eating half my sandwich I thought I was having an allergic reaction and approached pick-up counter to ask for a manager. Cook went to get her while I returned to my table. When she came out and didn't see me at the counter she dismissed the issue and never looked in dining room for me. She actually defended her illogical mistake! Given the risk of my request you'd think she would've made the effort to look for the guest. Never occurred to her. If the management is so incompetent, the staff they hire is even worse!

Pricing at this location seems to be inconsistent. Learned today that the Pick two is no longer a value. Ordered two soups and two half sandwiches as the pick two, expecting the price to be of the half sandwich. After realizing we had overpaid, I asked the cashier who said "oh, those two only come as whole sandwiches". Great info, but perhaps when someone orders something you know is supposed to be a half, and they asked for a half, you tell them before purchasing that it's a whole. This location needs some significant changes to get up to the standard of other Panera's.
