I've been going to Pura vida for several years now love the food ambience and staff is helpful and kind. My issue is the fragrance they pump into the air..just don't ! I love scent (not the chemically smelling ones in the restaurant )and have studied fragrances and essential oils for years so I'm coming from a place of really enjoying good scents, however many people (like my husband who had an allergic reaction to it) have sensitivities to fragrances. Scent gets into your mouth and subsequently into your food, he likened it to the scent cakes in the men's room at the airport. Do better

Charging nearly $20 for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich is PURA INSANITY....on top of that, they charged a 10% service fee....on a To-go order....and then throw the standard prompt for a tip in your face....10% service fee for what, handing me my bag? You're a business, not a charity...act accordingly.Whats next...a 3% credit card fee?
