Ordered a large New Yorker which I assumed was a large cheese pizza because it has no description nor pictures. It will let me add toppings but doesn’t show anywhere that there is toppings. Had to throw the pizza out as it had onions, pepper, mushrooms (highly allergic too) and all other sort of things. When it comes to food they really need to add a description on what is on the pizza because a real New Yorker is just cheese pizza

I'd eat here more often bc it's so close to me but the food is kinda average and super overpriced. I got the baked sampler for almost $30 and was excited for it, for the price I was ready for a tray of food and it came in a tin barely larger than the soup container at Olive garden. All the food was overpriced. The online ordering system is confusing as hell. The calzone and strombolis are good but super greasy. I'd eat here again if I felt too lazy to pick up a Stouffer's lasagna or Mario the baker was closed.

Little too dark for us older folk. I'm from N.Y. This is by far the closest to n.y Delicious! Sadly it's 3,hrs from my current home otherwise, id definitely be a regular customer. The pic is of 1/2 my small stromboli.

Let's start with the good. I got the penne Ala vodka and it was perfect. The sauce was great and the pasta was a great texture. However the service was pretty rough. Walked in waited to be sat. Was told to sit wherever. Ok that's fine. Female server gives menu and takes drink order. Male server brings drinks. Takes order. I ask if there is a kids menu. He replies "no". No suggestions or anything. Just "no". We order. He brings soup and bread. Short time later he brings the food. Haven't seen him since. Drink is now empty. Both servers have attitudes like they don't want to be here. Better description is that they are a couple that are in a fight so they are sour to everyone else too. I'll be back because I love the good. But these servers are really a let down. Update. He just checked on us and got me a refill. Pretty much after I was done eating.

After a year of not ordering pizza because of past experiences I thought my family and I would give them another shot. Big mistake. I would have to say this was just about the worst pizza I have ever had. Seems like they are trying to save costs because the pizza seemed to have half as much everything, dough, sauce and most of all cheese! Very disappointing. Even compared to the other photos I see of people complaining about their pizza on here what I received was embarrassingly bad. We won't be making this mistake again.

The food is amazing, I absolutely loved it. The wait staff was very busy and were not very attentive to me. Since the food was amazing and I had a great time I will give it stars as I'm sure it was a one of thing.

Good food with a taste of home. Maybe you need a little more joy in the service and a cheerful Italian musical background.

The food is so delicious. I had the shrimp parmigiana and chicken parmigiana both were the best that I have eaten since moving to West Palm.

Ordered online for delivery at 5:30 pm. Our food never came, but they charged us. Tried calling the restaurant a dozen times, but the option to speak to someone does not work. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with delivery here.
The worst restaurant in Royal Palm Beach! The pizza is terrible- a medium is more like a child size, the crust is like cardboard in taste and texture. Also ordered a tiramisu for $10.75…look what I received! Slightly bigger than a postage stamp.

I enjoyed a nice Italian Sunday dinner. My dinner was prepared well and tasted fresh. Staff was friendly. If it’s your first time, definitely give them a try. If you haven’t been in a while I recommend going back for another try as well.

How Do You Like Them Oranges
Called to order a pizza for delivery and, despite the coupon SaveAround coupon clearly indicating ‘pick-up and delivery,’ I was refused delivery service. It’s beyond me how a business can blatantly mislead its customers with false advertising. They clearly have no idea how to honor their own promotions. To make matters worse, the individual I spoke with at the Royal Palm location had a dry, monotone voice, displaying a complete lack of enthusiasm or customer service. In stark contrast, Sal’s on 441 not only accepted my coupon but also delivered with a smile. Their staff was friendly and helpful. If in the village of wellington area go with Sal’s on 441 instead.
Great Italian restaurant last visit food was a bit over cooked but over all
